Unfortunately my newfound health led me to a shoulder injury - torn labrum, tendon damage and arthritis that comes from age. (Dang pickleball!) Dave and Zach went to work on me. At this point I'm still in therapy, but making great progress! Pretty much pain free, getting stronger and restoring my range of motion. I can also sleep without waking with pain. These guys know the exact exercises I need, and are experts on the proper way to do them. They are patient and encouraging. They know when to push and when to ease back.
