I've been coming to Dr. Sosinski of IMG since 1983 when I moved to Lawrence. He's served me so well over this time. As a family practitioner he strikes me as an exceptionally intelligent physician that listens well, has few words, but is compassionate and caring for his patients. About ten years ago they moved to a new facility and it's state of the art and includes its own pharmacy plus offices for several other physicians that are part of the group. Most of them have also been with the firm well over 20 years. The Yelp location currently listed is not correct so here's a link where you can find them: https://imgportal.lmh.org/portal/ If someone was moving to town with a family in tow and was looking for a family physician I would not hesitate a single second to recommend this business. I haven't always had great experiences with the medical community, but this physician and this organization are an exception.

He tried to opt out of seeing me from the moment he laid eyes on me because supposedly I was out of town. When do doctors not want to see patients simply because they do not live in their city but 20 miles away and this was only one of many excuses. He neglected to give me any meds for an ear infection he diagnosed after comparing both my ears. He did not ask to see my diabetic feet even though I told him about a sore on my toe. He did not want to look at the problems with my back, legs, or neck. And I was diagnosed from the hospital with decaying of the 6th vertebra of which he was informed. Is there anything this doctor does want to treat? I will do him a huge favor and look for a better doctor who will be happy to have my business.

From the very first visit, I was treated not just as a patient, but as a human being. I especially want to recognize Lynn at reception for always being warm and welcoming. The nurses -- Stacey, Mariam, Kristen, Sarah, and Shelley -- are absolutely exceptional. Each of them has shown genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. They take the time to listen, explain every step, and make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. I have never once felt rushed or dismissed. Dr. Justensen is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly compassionate. The level of empathy and quality of care this team provides goes beyond medical treatment -- they restore confidence, dignity, and hope during a very vulnerable time. Wound care can be physically and emotionally draining, but this team makes you feel safe, supported, and respected every step of the way. I highly recommend KU's Wound Care to anyone needing specialized, compassionate treatment. You will truly be in the best hands.

After rushing to get my appointment and arriving a little late, the check-in person was so warm and friendly that I was not frantic anymore. She was very personable and kind. The radiologist also had a good bedside manner. She completed my test and I was on my way.

Everyone is quick to transfer you to a phone line that is never picked up and always goes to vm. I have been told my appt that Ive shown up for is canceled despite receiving a reminder text from the office that my appointment was that day. Unfortunately, despite how good I think Dr. Stewart is, it's not worth the stress of trying to get help from any of the other staff. I have canceled appointments with other providers because this place cannot return a call to answer a question. They want you to come in for everything. Just need a referral for new hearing aids? you have to come in so they can check your vitals and charge you a copay so they can let you get a hearing test...so you can get new hearing aides. This is what my 78 year old father is dealing with. They just don't care here. Stay away
