Horrible customer service. They won't return a phone call. They can't get their billing in order and can't keep up with their customers information. The gates at the local Marble Falls office are always closed so you can't even go up there to talk to the office staff. I've been on hold for 45 minutes and still haven't got to talk to anyone in the local office. read more

Total incompetence! Two separate days I took off from work to wait for Pinnacle Propane to come out. Twice my order was taken and nobody ever showed up. You would think I'd be a priority after two major screw ups. No, instead the secretary tells me it will be another week before they can get someone out to me. All while having a take it or leave it attitude. So my experience with Pinnacle Propane was awful and I would recommend a company who gives better customer service to it's customers. read more

This company's web site says that they refill bottles, so I went to have my existing bottles refilled . I was told they couldn't do that because there were no drivers available. They did say I could write my name on the bottles and come back later. They obviously didn't care and I don't usually keep a marker in my truck for writing my name on propane bottles. I just left and went across town to 4-T where they took care of me promptly. Horrible customer experience at Pinnacle Propane. One star. read more

It is a waste of my time to have to write this review but I don't want folks to be taken advantage of by this company so I feel that is is necessary. The people in charge of running the Marble Falls Pinnacle Propane Branch (or Central TX division) are the shadiest people that I've ever encountered in this industry. The rest of the reviews I've read also reflect this it appears but here's the latest in the saga of a company that is about as trustworthy as your local drug cartel... We were on a program with Pinnacle Propane where they're 'supposed to fill our tank regularly when it's low' and we're 'supposed to get a discount for using that service'. We've got an Airbnb on Lake Travis that was stranded without heat in the middle of a cold night with guests complaining / asking for a refund which we had to oblige. That is screw up #1, letting the tank go empty when the sole purpose of the program is to keep that from happening.. We were told on the phone by a supervisor that we would get a $0.50/gal discount on that cost of that fill in addition to a refund of $389 which we had to give our guests as a refund with was a nice gesture AT THE TIME. This ended up being an empty promise. We paid $703 thirty days prior for a fill so you'd think that this time around with a +-%20 rate discount and $389 rebate that this month's total would be less than $703 right? WRONG, because they kicked up the per gallon price majorly to give us the "discount". They actually charged us $220 more for this fill than the previous month and then basically told us that they never actually said they were getting a discount. Our $0.50/gal rate + discount of $389 was actually $220 more than it was the previous month. The gal on the phone smugly defended this as well. $2.70 per gallon is not a good price for propane especially when AmeriGas at the exact same time in the exact same area charges $1.87 per gallon (and that's not even their first fill bonus price). I would strongly recommend that anyone in this vicinity of Marble Falls or Lago Vista does not use this company. There are plenty of other options available. Several managerial employees need to be fired at Pinnacle Propane in Marble Falls, we talked to about half the office this afternoon and were extremely unimpressed with everyone we spoke with. I would give names but they did not even give us any of their names on purpose when I mentioned the possibility of writing a review. Hopefully a regional at Pinnacle is reading this. i have use them for years and i ordered like i always do paid the drivers and all was well. then i got a bill saying i owed what i just paid. i called irving marble falls asked to speak to a manager and nver could speak to one. was told it would be taking care of because someone had put my payment in someone elses account. well 4 months later i have called so many times i have lost count and they are still sending me a billing saying i owe them. this is the most ridiculous thing i have ever been through with a propane company. its just said that this company can admit they made a mistake but yet not fix the mistake. read more

This company is a scam! they delivered propane to me in Nov. of last year at 2.30 per gallon and just filled my tank at 3.29 per gallon. I was supposed to be on frequet refill, but they never came unless i called. I was supposed to get discount on that program. I had to get propane from another company during last yrs. big freeze because they did not keep me filled and it happened again 2 days ago when i had to rent 2 hotel rms because my girlfriend had covid and we were running out of propane. They said they knew I was down to 6 % . If they knew I was low how come i was not filled earlier. Now I have been with this company when they had an office in Georgetown, but they say that has been gone for 3 Yrs. I really liked the old owner, but they have been sold to a big company who really doesn't seem to care about their customers. I think they are using the same business model as SUBURBAN propane who also jacks their rates without notice and are a nightmare to deal with. DO NOT USE this company. Go with the smaller companies who are currently charging approx. 2.85 per gallon. State average is 2.89 as of 1/17/22. KNOW prices before you buy. Found ourselves out of propane Sunday morning of Memorial Day weekend. Left a message with Pinnacle - Marble Falls hoping to get them out first thing Tuesday. They called back same day, on a Sunday, and sent amazing Charles out to retest our system and get us refilled. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with this type service. We are new to hill country living and feel blessed that these guys are taking care of us!!! read more
