Lorenzo the inspector was arrogant and condescending, talking over us and refusing to answer direct questions about products or potential damage from treatment.. He demanded unnecessary details about past bedbugs, and said he alone decides the warranty. That the warranty was based on us telling him how the BB navigated to our home. First visit, gave Tech bags of bugs to review, including a Roach and Stink bug. Tech reported to his manager I gave him lint. Tech only Laid boxes and stated will come back and check boxes to treat house for exact bugs on Monday. Monday Never called. When I called I was told I was not on schedule. My call Passed to Paxton. When I said I could leave so he could treat. I could tell by his tone he did not want to treat, in fact he stated "if there is nothing in the boxes" "won't treat". I Told him They are on stove, clearly represented today. "No if they aren't in box". I said "if you can see them but they aren't in the boxes you won't treat" "if that happens I won't need your services". Hung up and Called office, (also left a message for Daniel, who never called me back) passed to Mark the service manager who stated: Tech said you told him not to come out. (I never said). Mark stated "You gave my tech bags of dust". He went on to say" You are allergic to what?" I stated I guess it is not bites it is the waste. Mark said What? I said the poop? Mark stated the "what that is what the Doctor told you?" I said yes, frustrated I said google it. Mark stated I am not a Doctor. This is Before I had one treatment, even started services, Tech was not telling the truth , and Mark, Service Manager is talking down to me, questioning my illness, he was actually being mean to me. I thought, I am not going to work with a company that would speak to me and talk to me like this. I told Mark the service manager you're fired. Before they even started services I had to fire them." I had too many problems. It was clear I was not on the schedule as promised and the Tech was making up things because he did not have time to treat my house. Even though on Friday that was the plan for Monday. There were bugs in the boxes. I knew that but I am not going to beg someone I am paying for to do their job. I highly recommended this company. If you are looking stop and hire them! I have hired a pest control company before for spiders and cockroaches and they totally sucked! I recently was presented with a new problem years later. My son had a rash all over him. It started out with one bump then 2 or three and a few weeks later he had a ton over night. I took him to the doctor and they weren't sure what it was, but mentioned bed bugs and a couple other things and I freaked because my husband has been staying in hotels in Tahoe for the work week and coming home on the weekends. We all know bed bugs mostly come from hotels so I googled and found this company. What jumped out was that it was family owned so I called and they scheduled promptly for someone to come out and do a free inspection. Turned out there was no evidence of bed bugs, but the bug I found for them to identify was a mite. I have had issues with rats in the attic for a while, but just recently started seeing them in the house. I did not even link a connection in my mind (they have come and gone in the past, but apparently made themselves at home and were now entering my home for the first time recently instead of just the attic for a while) Turns out these nasty pests carry mites. I solved the mystery of what was happening to my son with their help. They sent another guy out to do the rodent inspection for free and he was amazingly professional! Both guys they sent were. The communication was outstanding! From both guys I was told facts about both pests in question and they thoroughly explained each procedure and their findings. I was even shown pictures. We now have an eviction scheduled for the rats Ross and Mark, you guys were very helpful and professional and I thank you both. read more

I called Pinnacle after a termite inspection from Clark, which showed no termites but rats in the attic. Clark provided a very thorough report, with a very expensive estimate for rodent extermination, insulation removal and new insulation installation and work on roof eaves to close entry points and repair wood as needed. I called a local company for a second opinion who tried to pressure me into a 12 month contract before they would even commit to come and do an inspection and give me their estimate. I also called Pinnacle and spoke with Carissa. She provided an appointment for the next day, but then said she might be able to send someone right away. Josh came out to do an inspection (with no fee or commitment); within an hour, he was very professional and explained everything he would do. He inspected my attic, came down and provided photos to support his inspection. He gave me an estimate to rid the attic of rats and located 19 points of entry, that will solve the issue. I am extremely happy. Josh did not try to take advantage of me or oversell their services. I chose to move my business to Pinnacle without pressure. The follow up has been amazing. The tech, Clayson, has been here twice in one week check the traps and bait stations and will continue this until the exclusion later this month where all entry points will be sealed off. Josh listened to my concerns and questions and gave me a very fair price. I wanted to have the roof work done by my contractor and there was no pressure from Josh to do more than eradicate the rat issues. I strongly recommend the entire team start to finish!!!! read more

I would think twice before using this company! we used them to erradicate our bed bug problem! $1500 dollars later, we still have the problem...Technician Andre is horribly unproffesional and very arrogant, he failed the first time...when i asked if he would finish the job this time (cost is $1500), he threw his hands in the air and said im not servicing your fucking unit...they offer a 45 day guarantee, after conducting some research on my own, i found these bugs can live far past 45 days. that is a conflict right there! Instead of this company admitting that maybe they failed to erradicate the problem, they tell us it is a new infestation! BS! guess they are gonna take another $1500 from my family...oh yea, this is the only company that my apartment complex uses! hmmmmmmmm? read more
