I booked through delta vacations. At check on i had $15 off lunch and 20% of dinner. Great perk. All staff were extremely hospitable. Especially Max at the bar. He gave me tips on where to go around Vamcouver. My only complaint was that the jets in the jacuzzi weren't working. I was looking forward to it after a long day. Hotel conveniently located walking distance to cnanada place. I recommend to buy the hop on bus tour. There is a stop in front of the hotel.

We stay here everytime we come to Vancouver. The location is perfect and a close walk to everything. Rooms - these are clean and nice. Good views of the water or mountains from certain rooms. Safes are located in each room. Staff - everyone here is very friendly. Executive lounge - located on the 2nd floor, they serve breakfast, appetizers around dinner and have alcohol. Snacks are available all day of chips, gummies and chocolate bars. Nespresso machines with 4 different flavor pumps make the coffee elite. There is a wide assortments of sparking water, juice and water bottles to grab on the go.

This might be one of the best hotels we've stayed at, especially considering the price we paid. Amazing amazing views, very comfy bed. They give big discounts on the bistro that's in the lobby. Super convenient location.. It was the most perfect way to spend our last night in Vancouver.

On the plus side - this hotel's great location, their very good restaurant, and the great room we had with a Harbour view. Initially upon check-in they said we had a king bed instead of two queens. I had requested two beds at reservation since we were two friends traveling together. The very helpful front desk clerk switched it out and gave us an excellent room with a harbour view and two beds - thank you!) On the down side - being a fan of all things formal and beautiful, I was disappointed to see that the showcase brass staircase at entrance is not being kept up. A little brass polish and care would give a better first impression. Another downside was that no one answered the phone all weekend - no room service, housekeeping nor front desk. Very odd. Anyway, most everything else was lovely and we had an excellent stay in beautiful Vancouver.

Yelp Review 2023 #246: After years of running and volunteering Lululemon Seawheeze Half Marathon, I've established Pinnacle Hotel as one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The location is absolutely fantastic as it's a short walk to the Convention Center where race packet pickup is at. The start line is also nearby. It's located in Downtown Vancouver next to the water so you can board your cruise ship. The Waterfront train station is also pretty close for getting to/ from the airport and other parts of the city. There are plenty of restaurants and businesses in this area. The staff are friendly and helpful from check in to checkout. I've never had a bad experience at this hotel. I normally get 2 free welcome drinks which I don't ever use since I don't drink. The rooms we've been in have been ample in size. My very first stay here, I had a great view of the harbor and I would watch seaplanes takeoff and land. Toiletries are provided. The flatscreen TV is small but does the job - I only need it so I can fall asleep at night. It's quiet. And when there's 3-4 of us, they put us in adjoining rooms and we can open the doors and turn our rooms into a suite. The room rates are competitive for the area. The hotel is a bit older and could probably use some revamping.

Chose this hotel because it was close to the Princess Cruise Terminal and the price was fairly decent. If its you first time in Vancouver and don't plan to drive more than 30 mins away then I would skip the car rental because Pinnacle is close enough to downtown that you can walk, catch a bus, uber, lyft or taxi. I booked through hotels.com and one can choose free parking or free breakfast. Nonetheless we didn't have a car so we opted for breakfast which came to about $36 per person not including tip. The Breakfast buffet changed daily but offered the typical American Fare, eggs, sausage, bacon, fruits, grilled veggies, potatoes, pastries. We did get a city view room and it was quite beautiful, the gym was outdated but sufficient, indoor pool, on site restaurant and gift shop! Pet Friendly - One-time fee of $35 Thank you Richard - Check in Juan - Bellman Jagdish - Room Attendant Raju - Restaurant (Breakfast)

The view from the 18th floor was beautiful

The service is amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The shampoo/conditioner/soap they have smells really good. Little fridge in the room was convenient (a microwave would have been great, but the room didn't have one) We didn't go in the pool but we did go to the fitness center, which was nice. It was nice that the pool was inside. We were on the 18th floor (room 1813) and the view was incredible. We walked to Stanley park (maybe a mile away). Lots of things right around the hotel and the hotel was in a nice/safe area.

Another stay at the Pinnacle Hotel. Not much has changed in the last year. Still the same outdated carpets and such but that is okay. Their quality of service is good and the rooms are clean and appropriately appointed. This time we brought our Golden Retriever Stella with us. We haven't traveled with a pet to a place like this and it's a bit of a challenge to get her outside from the 10th floor but we managed. There is an extra charge for a pet, of course but we knew that going in. We will probably stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. We wish we had a view of the waterfront but still enjoyed the service, atmosphere and service.

Everything here feels modern, clean, and luxurious. Our room was beautiful, especially the bathroom with its dual sinks, separate bathtub and rain shower, and separate area for toilet. The Le Labo products were a nice touch, and everything from the towels, robes, slippers, and bedding felt luxe and high end. These beds and pillows were some of the best hotel beds/pillows I've ever slept on. We all slept so well! We also ordered room service for breakfast and everything was so good, with reasonable room service prices for the amount you get. Didn't use the gym, but it's recently renovated and beautiful. They provide iced water infused with electrolytes and there are even Pilates machines! There's also a heated rooftop outdoor pool that we didn't have time to take advantage of too. Not only is this hotel amazing, but it's in a prime location to everything - especially if you're a first time visitor to Vancouver. It's super easy to hop on the shuttle to the suspension bridge, or take a sea boat or hop on the subway to/from the airport. It's also walking distance to Gastown, Robson Street, Stanley Park and the Seawall. Highly recommend this hotel if you're in the city!

A one-bedroom signature suite at L'Hermitage was significantly less than a regular room at the Pan Pacific and the Rosewood so I booked 3 nights ($625CAD/night). I got off the Silver Moon at 9:45am, handed my luggage off to a representative from Luggage Forward, and walked from the cruise terminal up to the hotel. My room wasn't ready, so I dropped off my carry-on and backpack and went shopping and to have lunch. I was still on my way to CF Pacific Centre when the front desk called, informing me my room was ready. I told them I'd return after lunch. Wow, I loved my room (707)! As you entered through a short hallway, you found yourself looking at a full kitchen to your right, bathroom to your left and then the bedroom, past a closet housing a stack washer/dryer. The living room was bright and airy because there were walls of glass. Past the kitchen was a den with a desk and sofa. Off the living room was a small lanai overlooking the pool. The kitchen featured a gas range, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It was like a timeshare unit, not a hotel room, as there was tableware, glassware, etc. The only nitpick was the bathroom; it didn't quite measure up to the rest of the unit. It was small, with a full-sized glass-enclosed tub, a Toto (but without the washlet) toilet, and a small vanity and shelf unit opposite the vanity. It was totally functional, but I wished the tub had a shower wand, not just the rain head. If I could, I'd want this room moved to Hawaii to become my residence. The front desk staff were personable and friendly. The exercise facilities were fine. The L'Orangerie restaurant is located on the 5th floor ... more on that in a separate review. All told, I found the L'Hermitage to be perfect for me and will now be my hotel of choice when in Vancouver.

L'Orangerie, the dining room and lounge on the fifth floor, was a lovely place to take tea and lunch. My dining companion and I had the place nearly to ourselves. On my next visit to Vancouver, I hope I'll be lucky enough to stay at L'Hermitage again.
