The accountants were not able to complete services they agreed to complete, and we ended up owing around 20k for a service they agreed to perform but then did not perform. Thankfully we had the money to do so when we suddenly found out what was owed. I wrote an email expressing my concerns to the owner who was quick to just let us go as a client (with about 5 minutes of reviewing the case before responding to us and letting us go) it shows their lack of interest in retaining clients or actually addressing issues within their own company. They make it so easy. They send me a copy of my last year's return so I can see all the prior deductions and then I can fill in the current numbers for this past year.
