Marc is there all year long if you need him for anything - which I haven't because there hasn't been any errors or issues. Doing business with him is pretty easy, since he'll use email to ask quick questions or send you copies of documents. I don't live in RI anymore so I'm bummed about having to find a new accountant.

She didn't give me a receipt stating what I was charged. I didn't find out what I was charged until I came home and called the 1-800 number and asked and then I was informed that I was charged almost $1,000 to file 3 years of tax returns. She then called me and tried to tell me she charged me half of what she charged me and when I stated I now knew what she charged me and that it was double that and when I asked for an itemized receipt she told me she had to speak to her supervisor and never called me back. Then I looked through my paperwork and she didn't give me copies of my tax returns for two of the years that I filed. I filed a complaint and the office manager Louis Marandola called me and was extremely rude to me when she went over my charges and it came out to $200 less for only one of the years that I filed she kept arguing with me and stated that I wouldn't get a refund then tried to tell me that the next year I was charged $40 more because the price had gone up in 5 minutes. They put some peace of mind insurance on there that I never asked for and said that I had purchased it when I didn't even know what it was. When I asked to speak to Lois marandola's supervisor she gave me the supervisor's name but would not give me her phone number and would not spell the name for me and then hung up on me. I am still in the process of resolving this I still haven't gotten a refund for being overcharged I still haven't gotten copies of my tax returns and I'm still being treated poorly by h&R block in Warwick. I will never go to h&R block again and anyone that reads this you should never go to h&R block in Warwick their service is horrible and their business practices are criminal.

The accountants were not able to complete services they agreed to complete, and we ended up owing around 20k for a service they agreed to perform but then did not perform. I wrote an email expressing my concerns to the owner who was quick to just let us go as a client (with about 5 minutes of reviewing the case before responding to us and letting us go) it shows their lack of interest in retaining clients or actually addressing issues within their own company.
