Dr. Zoneraich was always friendly, straight forward, and willing to answer our questions. Dr. Peterson was knowledgeable and always helped us feel at ease during our interactions. Kelly did a majority of our procedures and was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel extremely comfortable and hopeful along our journey. Taylor was also incredibly kind and it was refreshing to have a friendly and familiar face at appointments. Last but not least, Savannah was truly my savior in this process. She answered all of my crazy questions, checked in regularly, and really helped us keep our sanity during this journey. We truly cannot thank the team enough for the patience, care, and compassion they showed us. After trying to conceive for 6 years, it is a dream come true to be expecting our first baby in December. If you're looking for an office with a stellar team that will treat you like family and put your mind at ease, look no further. But from the moment I started working with Pinnacle, everything changed. Through their comprehensive testing and personalized approach, they were able to tailor a protocol specifically for me and I'm now officially 9 weeks and 4 days pregnant (on my 2nd TIC cycle)! Dr. Larsen was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking the time to explain each step clearly. And my care team--Kelly, Kirsty, Abbey --were nothing short of amazing. They supported me through every appointment, got me in right away if i felt I needed to be seen, answered every question with patience, and truly made me feel like I wasn't alone in this. Also the girls at the firm desk are so kind and helpful! After struggling with PCOS, insulin resistance, and so much uncertainty, I finally found a team that treated me like a person, not a number. They celebrated my milestones, reassured me through the hard moments, and helped make my dream of pregnancy come true. If you're looking for a fertility clinic that offers expert care with a personal, heartfelt touch...this is it. Thank you, Pinnacle, from the bottom of my heart for helping me and my husband build our own little family

I have a special place in my heart for Yvonne because she's the one that had to deal with all my obnoxious calls and emails with Rx questions or any of the many concerns/questions that had a tendency to arise. Lisa, what to say about Lisa. She's such a goof ball and just makes you feel so comfortable even when shes affectionately teasing you . Dr. Troche is also a goofball who'll make you feel comfortable and reassured even when times aren't such. If you're wondering if a success happened right away, well let me tell you that I don't just know most of their names because I have a great memory. Its because real people spent real time addressing our needs and my body's uncooperative ways. Our loses were their losses and our heartbreaks were their heartbreaks. I'm an active participant in the IVF online support community and I can't tell you the number for times that RE/IVF clinincs/Drs have run people through the IVF gauntlet without running the proper testing. When I learned she was the assistant I was shocked. Kathy took charge in the most gentle and kind way every time we met. She talked me through everything, was meticulous about getting my consent every time she touched my body, and always had a warm smile on her face. Kathy was the midwife in the team of 3 that met my wife and I at my home to monitor my labor before going to the birth center. She helped me stay in the best position so that I could move labor along and she was a calm, steady and encouraging presence when I was in a tremendous amount of pain. I remember feeling absolutely done at one point and telling her that I changed my mind and wanted to know the dilation of my cervix. I said I wanted to go to the hospital and that I couldn't do it anymore. She respected that I changed my mind and told me that if I had made it to a seven that it was time to go to the birth center, but that if I wasn't yet at seven that we would talk about it again. She then checked me and it was time to go. She reminded me that if I was at that point of wanting to give up that it likely meant I was in transition. And that was true! Kathy was just all around amazing through the whole experience. I could not have done an unmedicated birth without her. Needless to say, I highly recommend working with Kathy.

started my fertility journey in June 2025. My first impression of Arizona Reproductive Medicine…read moreSpecialists was actually great because they offered a first responders discount, which a lot of clinics don't do. That was honestly one of the main reasons we decided to go with ARMS. However, once we started the process, my experience was very mixed. When we first met with the doctor, we maybe spent a minute with him. There was no personal relationship, no small talk, nothing that made us feel like more than just another patient. It was very straight to the point, which was disappointing because I know many people build really supportive relationships with their fertility clinics. When I went in for my SHG, I was told it looked like I might have something called an isthmocele from my previous C-section. The doctor said I might need surgery to correct it, but it really wasn't explained to me in detail. I was basically told I needed to find a doctor to repair it. When I asked if we could proceed without repairing it, I received a message saying that if it wasn't corrected, he would not move forward with a transfer. They referred me to a doctor at Mayo Clinic, but after doing my own research I found out that only two doctors in Arizona actually perform this surgery. Thankfully I found my OB, and we were able to schedule surgery quickly to repair the isthmocele. After surgery, I contacted the clinic and was told I would need to have another SHG done in their office. This was confusing because the surgeon who performed my surgery was already planning to do one himself and clear me for transfer. The cost of having the SHG done at the fertility clinic was also significantly higher than having it done with my OB. I finally had to be very direct and tell them I would not be repeating the test there and that my surgeon would be clearing me. This is also when I began having problems with the Phoenix front office staff. Every time we visited the office it felt like we were interrupting conversations. One time I called to ask if they had received my surgical reports. The front desk told me they had not. I asked them to check again because my surgical office had just faxed them while I was on the phone with them. They said they still didn't have them. I called again a few hours later and was told the same thing. Finally, I gave them my date of birth and asked them to look again. As soon as they searched correctly, suddenly all the reports were there. On top of the confusion, the staff member was extremely rude. Working in a fertility clinic, you would think the front office staff would show a little more empathy considering what patients are going through. Unfortunately, that empathy was really lacking, and it often felt like they just didn't care. I do want to say that the medical staff who helped with my transfer were absolutely amazing. They were kind, supportive, and made the experience feel special. Honestly, that is the only reason I'm giving this clinic even one star. In the two hours I spent with those medical assistants, I felt more cared for than I had during most of my time with the clinic. Communication with the office overall was extremely difficult, and I'm very disappointed that the experience didn't match what I hoped it would be during such a difficult journey. We did get the result we wanted, and I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant, which I'm incredibly grateful for. But if I had to go through this process again, I would not let the financial discount influence my decision. My final negative experience happened on March 4 when I called to have my records sent to my OB after graduating from the clinic. The front office staff member who answered was blatantly rude to me while I was on speakerphone at my OB's office. Even the staff at my doctor's office were shocked by how the conversation went. Because of my experience with the front office staff, I would strongly encourage the clinic to reconsider who they hire in those positions. When women are going through infertility, the people around them matter so much. Compassion and communication are incredibly important, and unfortunately this office made an already difficult process feel much harder than it needed to be.

My Honest Review of ARMS Fertility and Dr. Moffitt…read more I began my IVF journey at ARMS in 2022 with Dr. Moffitt after we were diagnosed with male factor infertility. We were fortunate to collect 10 embryos during our first cycle. I want to start by mentioning something I often see in other reviews, which is that Dr. Moffitt's bedside manner is not great. That was not my experience at all. He was professional, caring, and thorough. He always answered my questions, explained the pros and cons of every option, and made sure my husband and I understood each step. I never felt like just a number. He provided all the information we needed and respected our choices as patients, which I really appreciated. Our first transfer in 2022 sadly ended in miscarriage. We decided to try again in March of 2025. Once again, we met with Dr. Moffitt to review everything, including my previous loss. He recommended some additional testing, and we chose which ones to move forward with. In April 2025, we transferred two embryos, had three strong betas, and soon after confirmed with my OB that it was twins. Unfortunately, I never officially "graduated" from ARMS this time, and that was because of the communication issues I experienced with my assigned nurse, Amy. Compared to my first transfer nurse, Teana, who was absolutely amazing, this time was much more confusing. Amy sent me multiple FET timelines that did not match my medications, and at one point she had me taking three different types of progesterone. When my lab results came back, my progesterone levels were very high. Amy called to ask what I was taking, and after I explained, she told me I did not need the under-the-tongue progesterone since I was already on PIO. That medication had been a special order and was not cheap. She tried to joke by saying, "You must be feeling pretty dizzy," which I actually was, but I did not find it funny at all. I asked her to resend the correct protocol through the patient portal, even though by that point I had already received my second positive beta. To make a long story short, after my OB sent my updated labs and ultrasound, Amy never followed up to schedule my graduation appointment, so I never returned to ARMS or saw Dr. Moffitt again. Despite that frustration, I still have a lot of respect for Dr. Moffitt and his care. If I return for another transfer in the future, I will definitely request to work with Teana again. She made my first experience clear, organized, and supportive from start to finish. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant with healthy boy and girl twins from this transfer, and for that, I am very thankful to ARMS and Dr. Moffitt.

How many stars you'd give this place probably largely depends on what you want out of your birth…read more If you are fine with (or even comforted by!) a highly medicalized birth, Premier Care is for you! They are serviceable with polite midwives, short appointments, and a nice office. However, if your goal is a natural, physiological labor and delivery free from unnecessary interventions, I can virtually guarantee you that obstetric care in a hospital cannot give you that. I left this practice at 34 weeks pregnant in order to switch to out of hospital midwifery led care and consider it to be one of the top five greatest decisions of my life. Somebody should be honest with women about how difficult it is to overcome hospital policy and how little most obstetricians (who are technically just surgeons, by the way) know about physiological birth. This place did absolutely nothing to empower me or educate me about unmedicated birth or setting myself up for successful nursing. On the other hand, the six weeks I spent with midwifery led care (each appointment taking at least an hour) filled me with such extreme confidence and excitement about labor and delivery that I had my very first child in a completely unmedicated, non-augmented birth center birth with great success; the most glorious experience of my life! Due to some bumps in the road during labor which were handled flawlessly by my midwives in an out of hospital setting (and handled by me, due to my being able to MOVE MY LEGS and walk around!), I actually shudder to think of how my birth hiccups would have turned out in a hospital had I stayed with this practice with the total lack of support and reliance on interventions. If you want sincerely want a birth with the whole cascade of hospital interventions like induction, Pitocin, an epidural and all of that, and some women very much do, this office will be just fine for your goals! If you are low risk and desire a natural birth with care providers whom you actually get to know, I would think very carefully about going with an OB's office. The quality of care is so dramatically different with midwifery led care that if I can help it, I'll never step foot in an OBGYN's office again. They're not evil here; ultimately they just have too many clients to care. I believe you deserve better.
