I am giving this business only one star because there is somebody there that took my personal information ( name, address, phone number, birthday, and insurance information) opened a account with some dermatology pharmacy in Naperville without my knowledge or consent, ordered me a prescription, only after the Doctor already did this with my pharmacy of choice. I take great offense to this as this is personal information. I also asked for reimbursement for switching my phone# and I guess that just hit the dust. read more

Went here for several appoints. Really disappointed in the person who treated me. I have had multiple skin cancers before, so I take my trip to the dermatologist seriously. The physician's assistant who I saw several times, barely looked at the spots I was concerned about. Recommended some chemo cream and barely gave me instructions. Each time I felt so rushed and dismissed from a patient's perspective. Really disappointed in the level of service at this location. I found a different dermatologist that took appropriate time and care w/ me. read more

if I could I would give this place negative stars! I had a horrible experience in the past but after a few years decided to give them another chance. I saw nurse practitioner for a dermatological rash and when the reports arrived, called back to speak with the nurse practitioner to explain the results. Another nurse practitioner took the call and said she can explain the results. Little did I know that I got a separate bill as 'pathologist fee' for the nurse practitioner who read the results! I was never told by the nurse practitioner that she would charge me for reading my results! cannot believe how unethical every single person at this office is!! Front staff is incredibly rude both on the phone and in person. Unwilling to spend time to look for an appointment that works for your schedule even though you I made it clear it wasn't pressing and could be scheduled further out. Girl was only willing to look two weeks out. Nurse practitioner Cielo is a joke. Did a follow up to a rash and she walked in talking about refilling pills even though I was originally only given an ointment. When I looked confused and asked to confirm she was with the right patient, she admitted to not looking at my chart before coming in to the room! She then said she would like me to take the pills she was referring to but then the prescriptions were never sent to my pharmacy . She is in such a damn hurry to get in and out. I tried three times and left voicemails too. Worst experience! I went for a consultation with Dr. Jessica Davis for my skin condition. She was looking at her phone throughout our conversation and did not pay any attention to my questions. She left me in a very uncomfortable state by saying "it's your bad luck" when I mentioned my concerns. Upon that these people sent me a bill for a consultation and procedure ( which I am not aware of as that day it was not even 5 mins consultation and I canceled my service thereafter) for which I tried to reach them but didn't get any clarification. I would leave negative ratings if i could. My wife went to consult. The doctor (Jessica Davis) came to see her for less than 5 minutes (out of which, most were spent her texting on her phone). Her response to my wife's concern - i quote "its just bad luck" They asked for a follow up which we canceled since the experience left my wife really uncomfortable and chose another dermatologist. A month later they sent us a bill of consultation charge and a procedure (which we are not sure what they are referring to). Tried reaching out a few times, lest voicemail (which states they will reach back in 25 hours), haven't heard back in 5 days. It has been a really bad experience. read more

This place is ridiculous. They are unhelpful and completely unmotivated when it comes to helping patients. I saw a dr for about 5 minutes after waiting for almost an hour. Then never was callled with any test results, i had to call after i gave them about two weeks thinking maybe they needed some time. THEN i finally get my results & i have to "wait for the dr to come back from vacation" to get my medication even tho there are numerous drs at this facility, and I already waited weeks for my result. Now i get to wait for a dr to finish her vacation. I just think it was all rude and inconsiderate. Im still waiting to treat my ailment. I am a new patient and saw Dr. Jessika Davis. I arrived around 2:45 for a 3:00 appointment. I was taken in to the room around 3:10 and Dr. Davis came in around 3:20. I was out of there by 3:30 with the good news that what was going on was normal. Dr. Davis was professional but very approachable and down to earth. I would highly recommend her. The office was clean and running efficiently with check ins and check outs. I was very pleased. read more

I'd never go back to this Dermatology, the young doctor I saw a few months ago was so quick in living the room like in 2-3 minutes he was done when I have had previously some serious problems with my skin and now need to find a better one since I need it for my back skin. Make sure you check your bills before you pay them. I have been having a major problem with their billing department. They are trying to charge my husband for 3 appointments he never had and when I checked my statements, I noticed I paid for 2 other appointments he never had five all together. One of the appointments was on a Sunday and I don't think they are even open then, so they need to refund my co-pay for both these appointments. What is really concerning is they used my husband's information to bill the insurance company this is private information. I have tried to resolve this with the billing department, but they never call back and continue to send bills. The medical care was ok, but they should do something about their billing service. Rember to check you bills and don't pay for anything before you get a bill. Better yet save you self the trouble especially if you need medical assistance and fine yourself another dermatologist. Terrible customer service. I was a current treating patient who was making payments towards my bill regularly. Even though I was still treating because Dr. Goreshi has yet to figure out what works best for me, I was called and told that a final notice had been sent to me and that I MUST pay my bill prior to being seen again. What kind of company sends they're currently still treating patients a final notice and demands payment prior to being seen when the arrogant doctor has yet to do anything effective on you? Dr. Goreshi never seemed to really offer any solid advice or treatment plan. Often left my visits feeling unsure of what the plan was or what would help me. He seems to not really listen to his patients. Also, he removed a mole that he was concerned about and left me the ugliest scar. He clearly had issues closing it up and now I have to suffer for his incompetency. The nurses and aids were all nice but the customer service of the front office and billing office are clearly lacking. Very disappointed, I canceled all remaining visits and will be seeking services from another physician. read more

So frustrated. Came here before management changed and was told I had several moles that were of concern and needed to be removed on the sooner end- was even told they wanted to fully remove them THAT DAY. Came back, paid for an additional visit to finally get them removed, was told they were not immediate concerns. Inquired about Laser Hair removal for upper lip and was told that it wouldn't even be possible to work with insurance on covering it despite a medical diagnosis that limits other hair removal options (literally didn't even try to inquire or work with Blue across- Blue Cross willingly said they would work collaboratively with the/any dermatologist office given the uniqueness of my diagnosis). The PA (didn't even see a real doctor) was cold and it was extremely uncomfortable being there. Waste of time and money. read more

I declined that offer because I really wanted to see a MD. I again called to make a new appointment and after somewhat of a to-do I got an appointment for Dr. Barsky for the Tuesday the 21st of April at 9:30am. I was also told to download 7 pages to fill out to bring with me on my visit. I filled out all the forms and arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. As I was waiting at the desk a woman was trying to get some sort of skin cream and was told by the receptionist that we don't carry that. The woman asked "you're telling me a dermatologists office doesn't have this?" At that point the receptionist told her that it was maybe a prescription. The woman asked to see a Doctor to get that and was told to have a seat. Upon the receptionist checking with another person in the office they found the cream in a cabinet right behind her desk. She then called the woman bask to the desk and said it must have come in yesterday.... WHAT? you said you didn't carry it I thought. Why are you telling an outright lie? As I started to check in and handed her my forms, she says to me "oh, he's not in today. Not I'm sorry or anything just he's not in today but I can set you up to see a PA in about an hour and a half. REALLY? No calls, no texts, no info of any kind just show up and we will change your appointment on the fly to meet our needs and you can waste more time sitting in our waiting room during the virus outbreak. How rude and inconsiderate. So here now is 3 weeks gone by with no appointment no apology no real help to rectify the situation other than get back in line and take the PA we want to give you. If I could give more stars I would. Dr. Nicole Pancheko was great! Nurse Michelle, gosh I hope I got her name right, she was very pleasant and welcoming. I was nervous needing to have a wart on my nose and black mole in left side of neck along with some skin tags removed. Dr. was up front honest telling me straight that mole may come back one way or proceed with another procedure to ensure it wouldn't. She left room to give me chance to think about it, nurse was readily available for the bunch of questions I had, she sweetly answered them all. Everything was removed within 20 minutes!! The numbing shots nurse gave so gently, stung for just a tiny bit and that's it!! I WILL most definitely be going back for more work! read more

I would give zero stars if this were possible. I had a horrible experience here. There was an issue with insurance afterwards and they were wildly unhelpful. I ended up having to pay near $500 for them to tell me to go to Walgreens and get a medicated bandage. I will never return here again and suggest you find a different office instead of visiting this establishment! read more

Had been a patient at Northwest Dermatology for many years before provider became 'Pinnacle Dermatology' and have noticed a lack of interest in care. The nurses and aids were nice but the customer service at the front office and billing office are clearly lacking. Specifically, I have been working with the billing office for several months to understand my bill and was told they submitted a ticket to review bill. Upon calling back a month later they indicated they have re-submitted my ticket as urgent and would get back to me. Fast forward another 3 weeks, called again only to be met with a very aloof representative who was condescending and indifferent. Very disappointed. I will be cancelling all remaining visits and seeking services elsewhere. read more

This place is terrible! I went in to have 2 warts removed on my hand, and they were so rude to me. The woman at the front desk was miserable and mean. Dr. Goreshi at the Hoffman Estates, IL. location was so arrogant and rude I was disturbed by his behavior. After I had told the nurse that I had tried Dr. Scholls Freeze Away as a home remedy she jotted it down and went to get the Dr. As I'm sitting there I can here the 2 walking towards my room and Dr. Goreshi says "he tried to freeze it off" followed by a sarcastic giggle. He then comes in and asks me some questions and literally rolls his eyes at everything I say. He is so unprofessional and quite ignorant. To make matters worse I have full coverage health insurance and still received a 250 dollar bill in the mail. After paying a 20 dollar deductible when I left. This place is terrible. read more

Beyond frustrated with this facility. My family and I have been going here for years, we used to come more when Dr. Beaird was here (who is amazing) however, continued to give our business to Pinnacle because Joan who does the Laser Hair Removal is also amazing. I just received a phone call from Pinnacle that they transferred their laser hair removal equipment to Michigan and that I can no longer come to this location for my appointment on 12/20 that has been scheduled for the past two months. I understand the transitioning and re-organizing of a company (to some extent) however, i am frustrated at the fact that Pinnacle did not even have the curtesy to call me and let me know that the transition was going to take place and ask if I wanted to reschedule my appointment for an earlier day while they still had the machine. How frustrating, right? I have spent a lot of money, including my family members, and friends that I have referred to Joan for laser hair removal, and now I have to find somewhere else that's reputable to pick up where Joan left off? I'm sorry, how unprofessional to your clients who pay for your services with no decency from you to inform them of the transition. Joan has a lot of knowledge with hair removal and has always been patient, understanding, and informative. The LEAST Pinnacle could have done is have Joan work at the Barrington location some days to continue her clients treatments. But they aren't even doing that. read more
