Our friends had been talking up Pinky's for a while so we finally took the plunge. It's got great decor,and a super fun vibe! We enjoyed the giant fresh salad then it was pizza time. We got the combo, which was packed with everything except the kitchen sink and a mushroom, half anchovies, half banana peppers. Crust was great, plenty of toppings and cheese and a great sauce, sooo yummy. Got a super tasty Death and Taxes dark lager which perfectly complimented the hefty pie. This is would be awesome if they had good pizza. That was the biggest downfall of my visit. My kids loved being there, so many fun games and the ambiance is awesome. This pizza was so freaking good! The meatballs were delicious and the pizza had a good amount of toppings. The ranch was a little weird but I still ate it. I could honestly say this is my new favorite pizza right now and I'm so happy I finally went in and tried it. They also have good draft beer selections and a cool arcade for kids. This place has been a Petaluma classic for decades. First, the staff. Always friendly, helpful, and attentive. There's usually plenty of seating and it is a perfect place for a large group or pizza party with lots of bench-style seating. Finally, and most important-the food. This pizza is always perfect to me. A best balance of crust to sauce to cheese to toppings. The crust has the perfect thickness and flavor. It's the base of any pizza and pinky's is just perfect. I really cannot say enough about the pizza here and I am always satisfied. Pinky's also has a decent selection of beers, just enough for you to find a beer for anyone's tastes. I do have to say the salads are fresh and tasty but I try not to waste valuable stomach real estate with salad that is better filled with their pizza! Sadly, for you, I have no pictures because once the pizza is served I cannot help myself by wasting time taking pictures when I could be eating their pizza. Perhaps next time. I ordered a XL pepperoni pizza online through their 3rd party vendor. Dont do it..just call in advance to order. I paid a few bucks extra because of it..oh well! We've tried almost every pizza in town. Some twice just to make sure we didn't catch them on a wonky day. We kept coming back to Pinky's! At first, we were ordering through the website which is easy but there were fees added in. I called directly and it was recommended if we are picking up just call. The online ordering is done through a 3rd party. Their food is always good. The pizza is cooked perfectly, and their salads are really big. Definitely enough for 3-4 ppl especially if you get pizza and salad. We've never dined in but every time we go to pick up it is a full house. I grew up going to Pinky's in Kentfield. Loooong time ago, I know. Great memories there! I had been wanting to try this Pinky's since forever, but the family normally always opts for Old Chicago. My son and I finally had the chance to check it out recently. The pizza is ok, but, sadly, flavorless. In fact, I mentioned to my son that I thought it was odd that the place didn't even smell like a pizzeria- no aroma of garlic or oregano or any other spices. Nothing. So, it made sense because, as mentioned, there was no flavor to the pizza. We got a combo and added onions and bell peppers. The sausage had no seasoning. At all. It's just hamburger meat. The onions and bell pepper were obviously frozen. Not. Fresh. This is the stuff you find on typical frozen pizzas at the market. The crust was decent. It had an interesting crispiness on the bottom. The Sprite we had tasted like a dirty wash cloth. Obviously, lots of locals come in here and that's great that they support it. We might order again in the future, but we're not missing out if we don't. read more

I'm not sure - pizza is so varied these days and everyone has a different taste. The pizza has always been solid and very reasonably priced compared to other options closer to downtown. Our go-to is the combination with anchovies and it's a big, dense pizza - there must be just as much weight in toppings as dough! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and the service is very efficient. There's also plenty of street parking in the area. So, can you find a slightly better pizza in town? Sure, you probably can, but Pinky's is about more than pizza. It's about creating memories and nostalgia as a family, or a team, or as friends. read more

Went to Pinky's with my wife and 4 year old granddaughter.Ordered a small cheese pizza for granddaughter and an all meat pizza for my wife and I.My pizza was great, had a lot of garlic chunks( which I loved!) and lots of meat(which I love). The bar is separate, so I ordered a nice local dark beer and it was excellent. Pinky's has a lot of coin operated children's game machines for little kids and big kids too.Staff was very customer oriented and friendly, lots of seating and lots of parking space outside. I'd give them 10 stars, if it was an option. I grew up eating Pinky's pizza in San Rafael and then in Petaluma when we moved there 25 years ago. We moved to Green Bay, WI in 2017 and my grown kids ask me to bring them cold Pinky's pizza back when I'm in Petaluma on business. It's always been the sauce that's made it for me. If you're used to doughy or flimsy crust, you may not be as big a fan, but the whole package is Bay Area rustic pizza for me. The owners are awesome, too. read more

A Petaluma stalwart! Sometimes, I get wrapped up with looking for new places and forget about all the great restaurants that have served the City for so long. Pinky's is definitely one of those places! I went there with a couple of buddies to watch Thursday Night Football, and to have some pizza and beer. It's been a long time since I was last here, but it still has the great pizza restaurant and family gathering place feel I remembered.
