oI had a deeply unprofessional and frustrating experience with Blessed Hands Garage. I brought in…read moretwo vehicles, and the service was problematic from the start. For my first car, I provided a starter, but they insisted it was the wrong part and charged me over double the price for one of their own, leading to a $978 bill for a starter replacement. When I got the car back, the check engine light remained on, and my A/C, which was working perfectly before I dropped the car off, had stopped functioning. While they had my second car to fix a rattle, they quoted me $1,300 for a brake job and claimed I needed a new battery. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it wouldn't start. When I questioned the owner, Alex, about whether the car had been test-driven and asked to inspect the work before paying, the situation escalated rapidly. Instead of addressing my concerns, he refused to let me use a simple wrench to check the battery and, remarkably, called the police to issue me a criminal trespass warning. I was forced to pay the $1,330 bill just to be allowed to swap out my battery, only to find out from the auto parts store that my original battery was perfectly fine--it just needed a charge. To top it off, I was then threatened with having my car towed if I didn't remove it immediately, despite having no transportation. This shop lacks basic accountability and customer service. I spent roughly $2,400 in total and left with more issues than I started with. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for automotive repairs. So there is a warrenty for the repairs 1 year for the labor and two years on the parts . Both of the cars still had the check engine light on after the repairs and I had no way of asking . I was told I needed a battery that only needed a charge, was not helped unless I paid first. So I have two cars that still need repairs and have no recourse if the repairs done don't last. This just seems strange to me. To be given a No Trespass and no response to why the A/C not working in the Accura ad no way to bring either of the cars back for any warranty work? That is why I am posting NOW because I want others to be aware of what might happen to them when looking for a repair shop.

Never again! Highly recommend going to another shop, really anywhere else would be better than this place. Their Grapevine location has always been great and is well worth the drive instead of dealing with the Keller location drama.

Second, once I was able to finally schedule an appointment, I was quoted $200 for the repairs/install. And I was told it would be ready the following business day. The young man in the office that got me checked in had no clue who I was and had no idea what I was having done. So who I was communicating with on text, discovered later to be the owner, obviously did not communicate to the office. Third, the following business day came and gone and I was not contacted. Two days in I reached out and was told there pipe bending machine was down and it was going to be a couple more days. Oh, and it was also going to be $400, not $200 because they "misunderstood" what needed to be done (maybe you should call customers then, not text them). I eventually got the truck back six days later and paid the $400. After getting it back, we took it on a trip about an hour away. When we got there, we could hear some rattling coming from the exhaust near the headers. As I looked further, all six collector bolts and nuts on BOTH sides of the truck were loose! And one of the nuts had actually fallen off. As I looked even closure, there were old bolts and nuts mixed with my new bolts and nuts I supplied them with! Lastly, what irritated me the most about all of the above is I reached out to speak to the owner to see if they would make it right like a business should. Especially after paying for a professional service and not getting what you paid for, what you were originally quoted and when you were told it would be returned to you. I GOT NO CALL BACK. Not even a text. So I absolutely feel a one star is appropriate. I'd give a zero if I could. Had you called me back and communicated like a business man should, this may have been avoided. I would not give your money to this place. Go elsewhere.
