We got the crème brûlée and the samoa donut. The crème brûlée was one we were really excited for and honestly unsure how it would taste. The glaze is so interesting because of the way it cracks when you take a bite. This is really a special way to get a classic sugary donut. The custard in the center was also phenomenal. The samoa donut was a special one for when we went and we loved this as well. Since this was more chocolatey it was more rich but it incorporated all the flavors in a samoa really well. We ate the donuts over a few days and they held up nicely. We waited probably 20 minutes on a weekend afternoon but it was worth it !

It's piled high with whipped cream, crumbs and that cherry on top. It looks completely over the top, and that's part of the fun. It's sweet, soft, delicious, and I get it every chance I can. My wife went with the Golden Knight -- chocolate frosting loaded with white chocolate chips and a peanut butter drizzle. Hers looked just as outrageous as mine and was a hit. That's what we love about Pinkbox. You can get a regular donut anywhere, but these feel like somebody decided a donut should be an entire dessert experience. We won't through the drive thru and the customer service was professional and polite. We didn't go inside - there is no where to sit. We'll definitely be back. This is completely false. To clarify the facts: * We purchased donuts from the Henderson Eastern Ave. location. * One of the Fruity Pebble donuts had visible ants/bugs inside the box. * Because of this, no one at our event was willing to eat any of the donuts. * I personally returned all 24 donuts later that same day, along with the friends who originally purchased them. * Despite returning everything, no refund or store credit was issued, and no follow‑up was ever provided. * I reimbursed my friends out of my own pocket, so I am the one out the $50 and the product. For Alex to publicly accuse customers of fraud -- without reviewing the actual situation, without acknowledging the returned product, and without issuing the refund -- is unprofessional and unacceptable. My friends and I have supported this location for years, but this incident has cost them more than just one sale. It has cost them 25 long‑time customers who will no longer return. I stand by my review, my photos, and my experience. The way this situation was handled was disrespectful, dismissive, and dishonest.

This was on a Tuesday night around 8pm at the Grand Bazaar. Small little rubber ducks lined up some of the windows. They were all out of matcha flavored items when we came in. My friend got their medium frappe which was coffee with a bunch of whipped cream on top. Essentially tasted like a mocha but nonetheless was as advertised.
