First time in and I really liked it. I received great customer service! I was immediately offered samples! The blueberry lavender was really good - very blueberry forward. I ended up getting the plain yogurt with Oreos, dark chocolate chips, and strawberry boba. It was so tasty! It was around $8 - I feel like that's pretty average these days! Definitely would return!

Not only was I charged 12.95 for the sale bring home tub that was supposed to cost 6.95 but they clearly packaged it a month ago and changed the 2 to a 3 on the "packaged on" date. That's not ok.. Upon opening it, we found it had definitely been melted and re frozen. You can't let dairy get room temperature and then refreeze it, that's 100% going to poison someone. I'll be filing a report with my credit card company to reverse the charges made at this store because I was charged double what I should have been, got a product that was expired.

This was a pretty decent locale and the frozen yogurt was nice too. On the negative side, that only have 6 flavors and 1 of then is "plain yougurt", so not a lot of options. Service was ok, not great but not bad, just normal. On the positive side, for only $1.5 you can add add many topics as it'll fit in the cup,I think that's a good barging. Overall, I would come back to this place, but only if it's on the way. Worth going, not worth going out of your way for.

First time here and now I know why everyone raves! Delicious froyo, friendly service and inviting space! I had the banana pudding special and the kiddo had traditional with fresh strawberries and strawberry popping boba! Great selection of toppings and the small size was the perfect amount.

Pinkberry is like the original frozen yogurt place if you didn't already know. There aren't that many locations around nowadays so I was happy to find this one! I got my classic combination that I've been getting for the past 15 years. The Mochi topping is great! It's very soft and chewy, just how it should be.

Tina and Ashley are so kind and wonderful! They are always smiling and kind! Even when they are dealing with a customer like me with a lot of questions and a sample request ; ) They are the BEST! They provide the best customer service. Tina and Ashlee make you feel like you are welcome! I wish I had a photo of my yogurt it was beautiful! Thank you Tina and Ashlee! You guys are the best part of our Pinkberry experience! We love the yogurt! But Tina and Ashelee's kindness, excellent customer service really put a smile on our faces

Another awesome ice cream spot in Denver. Bonnie Brae Ice Cream might officially have one of my…read morefavorite ice cream flavors I've ever had: the Oatmeal Raisin. They don't just make the ice cream taste like oatmeal raisin cookies; there are huge chunks of actual oatmeal raisin cookies mixed throughout, which made it even better. If you're an oatmeal raisin cookie fan like I am, this flavor is an absolute must-try!! I also tried the Salted Oreo. I normally love a salty-and-sweet combo, but this one leaned a little too salty for my personal taste. Still good, just not quite as much of a standout for me as the oatmeal raisin. Overall, definitely a spot worth checking out, and I'm already looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors.

It always hits the spot and I never get tired of it. It has that classic neighborhood feel where there is usually a line outside, but it is always worth the wait. The Order: Salted Oreo & Price The Salted Oreo is my go-to because it has the perfect sweet and salty balance I love. If I'm not getting that, I'm getting the Lemon Custard. Both are incredible. For a double scoop in a cup, it cost about $8-$9. While they have great vegan and dairy-free options, the Salted Oreo I get is their traditional dairy version. Homemade: One of the reasons it tastes so good is that they make their own ice cream and cones right on-site! You can really taste the difference in the freshness of the scoops and the crunch of the waffle cones. Customer Service: Even when it's packed inside with people ready to order, the staff is very quick and efficient. The customer service is great, which is impressive considering how busy they usually are. Parking: A huge plus for this location is the free street parking, making it an easy and accessible stop compared to other busy areas. Overall Experience: I managed to time my last visit earlier in the day to beat the line, but even when it's busy, the quality is top-tier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It's a local gem that truly deserves more hype.

We…read morestumbled upon this little gem completely by accident while visiting the Natural History Museum, and honestly? Best accidental discovery of my entire trip to Denver. This tiny, adorable hole-in-the-wall shop is everything you want in a neighborhood ice cream spot -- warm, welcoming, unpretentious, and run by two of the most genuinely lovely women I've ever encountered in the food service industry. From the moment our group of six walked in, we felt like we'd been coming here for years. They were patient, enthusiastic, and clearly passionate about every single thing they make. Now let me talk about the ICE CREAM, because wow. Six people, multiple flavors between us, and not one single complaint -- which if you know my family, is basically a miracle. Everything was rich, creamy, and tasted completely homemade in the best possible way. But the thing that absolutely sent me over the edge? BANANA PUDDING. Multiple banana pudding options. I grew up in the South and I have been low-key grieving the lack of banana pudding culture everywhere else I've lived, and here it is -- in Denver, Colorado -- done absolutely right. I may have embarrassed myself slightly. No regrets. This is a Black woman-owned business and these two have built something truly special. It's family-friendly, it's joyful, and it has that rare quality of feeling like a place that was made with real love. If you're anywhere near the museum, you would be genuinely doing yourself a disservice to walk past this place. Go in. Get the banana pudding. Thank me later.
