Stopped by Pinkberry for a sweet treat and it definitely delivered. The frozen yogurt was creamy, tangy, and super refreshing. They've got a nice variety of toppings from fresh fruit to cookie crumbles, so you can keep it light or go all out. The store was clean and bright, and service was quick and cheerful. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the portions felt a bit small for the price, but overall it's a fun spot when you're craving froyo in the city. read more

Loved seeing a pink berry in the airport! Made my airport experience and delay better! Fresh options and it was delicious! However Stephanie's service was the best part of the visit! read more

Amazing smoothies and swirls at Detroit airport . Fresh fruits and good ambiance. Love the tropical and mixed fruit smoothies.

Im not sure what happened but I got this smoothie first thing this morning. Im not sure if the lady was upset that I asked for my employee discount but my tropical mango was not good. Watery with pieces of pineapple end in it. Frothy and already collecting at the bottom I only had it for 10 minutes. Threw the rest away. So sad because it was my breakfast. read more

Located in the food court near the top of the DTW McNamara terminal (the higher gate numbers), this was a nice dessert while I waited for my flight. A small bowl of froyo with two toppings was reasonable for $7 considering the captive nature of the customers here in the airport. The nice lady topped my bowl with plenty of pecans and fresh raspberries. There is seating nearby and I enjoyed it quite a lot. [Review 19959 overall - 379 in Michigan - 933 of 2023.] read more

Such lovely service even when I had a fussy toddler! Thank you so much and yummy too :)

Very friendly and fast service. Mariam and Emily are awesome. The smoothies are made fresh and tasty.

The yogurt is delicious, the toppings are always fresh and the space is always clean. Arlene was amazing. She offered great customer service and was very fast in preparing my order. Every time I'm in DTW, I must stop by and get my fix. read more

Very poor signage at DTW Sunday Sept 7. You're a yogurt shop catering to busy travelers with limited time. Please provide a MENU in LARGE type indicating what flavors you offer. I was able to have a satisfying dish with two flavors but it took some study to figure out what was on offer. The woman ahead of me in line was so confused by the absence of information regarding available flavors that she departed without ordering a thing. This is not rocket science - tell customers what you have to offer in CLEAR SIGNAGE WESTON 512 318 1284 read more

Stopped by the store since I didn't want to do any heavy food before my flight. Server had shittitude and was on phone entire time, so I had to repeat my order three times. She also had the audacity to shove the tip box in front of me. I usually love pinkberry but this server ruined it for me. read more

Great alternative to ice cream, with many options for healthy toppings (fruit) and fun toppings ranging from candy, just sprinkles, to Boba poppers. We like this is an alternative to traditional ice cream for the kids. read more

very good service super quick and friendly!! Frozen yogurt is so delicious with great topping selections

Love their real frozen yogurt (tangy, not just crappy fake soft serve ice cream), but the dimwitted workforce at this location can't maintain their machines, and invariably they are 2 or 3 flavors short, usually including original which is the only flavor you ever want. read more

At the time of writing this review, the listing for this Pinkberry on Yelp is a mess. There are actually three listings that need to be merged: 1. https://www.yelp.com/biz/pinkberry-detroit 2. https://www.yelp.com/biz/pinkberry-detroit-2 3. https://www.yelp.com/biz/pinkberry-detroit-3 On top of that, all three listings have been marked closed, but this Pinkberry is still very much open. You can check out this location's official website here: http://www.pinkberry.com/store-detail/?DetroitMetropolitanWayneCountyAirport. I've submitted business edits to Yelp, but it's up to the moderators to approve the changes. Hopefully, by the time you read this, those changes will have correctly taken effect. This is the only Pinkberry with a Detroit address. It's inside Detroit Metro Airport, McNamara Terminal, Concourse A, closest to Gates A69 and A71. It's at one of the far ends of the terminal in what's essentially a mini food court with other foodservice businesses like Chick-fil-A, Qdoba, and Gordon Biersch. I recommend taking the free Express Tram inside the concourse to get here (https://www.yelp.com/biz/express-tram-detroit). This airport Pinkberry is smaller than the typical Pinkberry store with a more abbreviated menu. During our visit, they were swirling only four flavors of frozen yogurt: original, tropical mango, chocolate hazelnut, and cookies & cream. They came in four sizes: small, medium, large, and cone, with and without toppings. In addition to froyo, this shop offered smoothies in three flavors (strawberry banana, mixed berry, and tropical mango), parfait, Greek yogurt, and more. All items were under $5 each except for the smoothies which were $7.05 each. Unlike their froyo, Pinkberry's smoothies come in one size only. We got a strawberry banana smoothie. It was made with Pinkberry's original tart yogurt, nonfat milk, real strawberries and banana, and strawberry puree. It was cold, refreshing, and quite delicious. I liked it a lot. If you're a fan of Pinkberry's froyo, then you'll probably be a fan of their smoothies too. You're pretty much drinking froyo with fruit toppings in smoothie form. The smoothie had a nice "medium" consistency - not too thick and not too thin - with an appetizing creaminess and luscious flavor. The drink was $7.47 after tax. I'd like to get another one in the future. The store was clean and our server, Kasi, was great. This part of the airport has an aesthetically-pleasing, modern design with lots of natural lighting and plenty of seating. read more

Sarah went above and beyond for two weary travelers who were really craving yogurt. She's was about to close and still waited on us with a smile. She left a wonderful impression on us. Thank you Sarah for being so kind. read more

This is a fairly mediocre Pinkberry. Prices are what you expect in an airport. I got a mixed berry smoothie for my family and I to all share. It was delicious and quite filling. The major downside was the customer service. While the employee who served me was super nice, she was the only one there. Luckily, I didn't wait super long for my drink, but there was a long line behind us. The menu is limited; for bottled drinks, they have water bottles and juices. I would not suggest coming here if you are in a rush. read more

The person at the counter was super nice! Amazing service, and good recommendations on what smoothie to get.

came all the way from Concourse B to get some frozen yogurt and there is no one home. stand seems open but there's no one here. this sucks.

went yesterday around 6:30 to get a frozen yogurt and the guy behind the counter tells me that their card machine isnt working so he was only accepting cash. I didn't believe what this guy was saying so I walked away and not even 30 seconds after I left he was serving a bunch of women with credit cards. I came back and he tried telling me someone came in fixed it within the 1 minute I was gone. if there's a number so I can speak with the owner or manager because this isn't the first time he's done this. read more

I was very excited about trying this yogurt upon my layover at the Detroit airport. Much to my dismay, I was greatly disappointed. The server informed me that they did not have two of the four flavors. I would normally understand if there was a busy crowd, but I was the only customer in line. When I inquired about "waiting," for a different flavor, I was told it would be an hour wait. I went ahead and ordered a large size of the other flavors available-chocolate hazelnut and cookies cream. The portion size was a medium, at best. There were several pockets of airspace and the flavor serving size did not reach to the top. I would not recommend due to lack of customer service and poor food choice. read more

Surprisingly not into frozen yogurt all that much, but I found myself in front of Pinkberry and decided to give it a try. I tried the chocolate yogurt with peanut butter cups, strawberries and Oreo crumbs. Should have tried some coconut too. It was absolutely delicious!! I'm so glad I tried it. Definitely a treat, not for every time you see it. Love the flavor, toppings, friendly service and affordable prices. Great experience! read more

The hours suck. Why would a place serving dessert items at an airport close at 8? I've had connections here a number of times and never been able to go here. Disappointing -- it's otherwise a good product. read more
