PINKBERRY!! I love Pinkberry!! I was stoked to see them at the Culver City Westfield Mall. They are in the middle of the mall in a kiosk space, so they don't have a formal storefront. Even knowing I had dinner plans coming up, I couldn't resist getting Pinkberry before dinner. My boyfriend and I shared a Medium with Toppings ($8.95) with the Original and Pomegranate swirled and topped with strawberries, blueberries, and cheesecake bits. Yum! There is a lot of communal seating at the mall but IT WAS SO BUSY. We had to walk around a bit until we found seats to properly enjoy the Pinkberry and give it the attention it deserves. Pinkberry is my favorite frozen yogurt spot. I miss when they were open closer to me. The flavor and texture is always consistently perfect. I love the variety and quality of their toppings. I shared a few bites with my boyfriend but I ate most of the Pinkberry myself. Not a fan of the mall, cause I feel like it's on the smaller side, but Pinkberry is definitely one of the best shops here. read more

Pinkberry is my favorite tart yogurt. Pinkberry is my favorite froyo. I love that they make a mini size bow. Paid $5.35 for a mini with 2 toppings. The woman that helped me was nice and the yogurt tasted top notch as usual. It was the perfect portion size for me. I got cheesecake and mochi but next time I'll get a fruit for one of the options. Mochi was tasty and chewy. The cheesecake was good too but just got too sweet. I'm glad that it's in the mall bc if you go early you can swoop one up real quick. It's right under the food court right across from Macys. I sat on the bench and ate my yogurt by myself after I made my returns. I love it. I wish I had a Pinkberry machine at home. read more

Pinkberry by far is my favorite place on the planet to eat frozen yogurt. Do not have a complaint about what I received from them except for the service. The girl behind the counter today had the worst customer service ever. Never spoke, never smiled. I actually don't even think that I saw her teeth. Took our order, barely looked at us and never said another word. She looked really really upset. Probably wasn't a good day to come into work. I'm a firm believer (because I manage customer service) that everybody is entitled to have a bad day, but if it's bad enough to where you cannot even speak or smile at your customers, you should probably stay at home. read more

Love this Pinkberry! Since this is a chain and they're generally all the same, I rated this place 5 stars due to the service, toppings selection and consistency. This Pinkberry is located in the middle of the mall, first level under the food court in the Culver City Mall. Super easy to get to and spot. In comparison to another Pinkberry close by, I noticed this Pinkberry has more flavors and more toppings choices (i.e. cheesecake bites). I also felt like the girl working this Pinkberry definitely provided good service and gave a huge portion! Really enjoyed my experience and froyo. read more

I make an effort to come to this location when I want pinkberry. Their yogurt has only occasionally been watery / not mixed properly, but 9/10 times it is tangy, creamy and delicious. I've been going to this pinkberry for years and they never disappoint! my go to is the original flavor with gummy bears, cap'n crunch, fruity pebbles, strawberries and mangoes. it's quick and delicious and satisfies my cravings for ice cream and i don't feel so bad eating it. being in a mall they surprisingly are rarely busy when i go which is a plus for me. the prices have definitely gone up but not like yogurtland. it's in a relatively quiet low traffic area on the first floor and since they took away coffee bean it's been even quieter. i love it! read more

Ordered via DoorDash. Any other pinkberry knows protocol for pick or to go order. Pack that order in ice. Whoever was working this afternoon through close - needs to be fired. $40 in yogurt paid. $40 in completely melted yogurt delivered. And the packing was so shoddy that strawberry purée spilled through the entire bag. If you own this Pinkberry or manage it, you need to interview for people who want to work there and can think simply 2 to 3 steps ahead. The pink berry employee didn't and showed that they didn't give a damn about how the order transported NOR in what condition it arrived. read more

Sure, I can have dessert for dinner. I'm a grown man. And besides, is a hot dog or a greasy chicken platter healthier than a dish of froyo with roasted pecans? No, I say. The same froyo as any other Pinkberry location. Their small isn't very small, but it's the smallest they do. Unlimited toppings, or at least whatever fits in the dish. For under $6, a deal. UPDATE: The Yelp Hamsters have struck again, merging this Pinkberry that is in the Atlanta airport with another Pinkberry that is in a mall in Culver City, CA. My second pinkberry visit. Both times in an airport. I got a medium half chcocolate hazelnut and half chocolate sea salt. Medium is a lot! I really like the strong chocolate flavor. They have a great selection of yogurt & greek yogurt flavors to pick from and will let you sample as many flavors as you want. A variety of topping are available like fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, mango and great topping like sprinkles, fruity pebbles, chocolate items, nuts, gummi bears & honey.... the list goes on. This seems to be a very popular little place ro grab a smoothie. I wanted to like this place alot but my heart is with Smoothie King for their awesome flavors. I felt like these smoothies were bland. I had a strawberry and banana smoothie and it was so bland. The banana was overpowering and not only that, the banana wasn't ripe enough for a smoothie. I could barely taste the strawberry. My husband had the mango smoothie, and even then you could barely taste the mango in it. The prices are also a bit steep for the quality you get. read more

I've been waiting for this Pinkberry to open for a while..and it did not disappoint! It's the perfect snack when I'm shopping. The staff is always very helpful and is glad to give out plenty of free samples. The yogurt at every pinkberry is pretty much the same, so I can always expect good quality. What makes a good Pinkberry from a great Pinkberry, in my opinion, is how generous the servers are with the toppings... and oh..they are generous with their toppings here. Whenever I am in Concourse A, especially after a rough day of flying, I gravitate to Pinkberry (by Gate A9). The staff are always happy and focus on their customers with enthusiasm. They are knowledgable about the items they serve, are always willing to let visitor sample the different flavors, and do not scrimp on the toppings. I have been to plenty of restaurants in the airport, but by far the staff at Pinkberry is consistently polite, efficient, and gracious. Even when a line starts to grow, they do not lose momentum or enthusiasm, giving each customer a very enjoyable experience. There isn't a designated seating area, but what is better than rolling up to your gate with a bowl of sunshine in your hand and enjoying it while others stare longingly? ;) read more

I don't care which Pinkberry I go to they have the same friendly service and great taste. I have to admit when I like something I stick to it. Maybe something I should change. So when I come in and I see a topping I don't recognize then I sample it. But knowing me I always go back to my original tart. I usually try my friend's yogurt and toppings but again I can't help but to order the same thing. Original with strawberries, chocolate chips, and almonds. Never changes wish they're prices weren't so high. And btw this is my favorite frozen yogurt spot. I've tried others and they don't compare, sorry not sorry. There's not much to say about a smoothie place. Either it is good or bad. My experience here was poor. I ordered a mango smoothie. It was almost all ice with just a bit of fruit for flavoring. It was also incompletely blended so large chunks of ice and what little fruit was there kept clogging up the tiny straw. The service was ambivalent, but not rude. While I was there a manager walked by and made them put up the line ropes, so the crew was annoyed. read more

Did you know that Pinkberry does catering? I didn't! One of the administrators at our child's school recommended this Pinkberry location and the management team to us for a teachers' event that we are sponsoring, and it has been a PHENOMENAL experience working with this team. Our school has catered individual orders for the graduating class as a special treat, take home sizes for teachers to mix and match on their own with toppings, and they deliver, too, so no melty yogurt to worry about. I cannot say how impressed I am with the speed the managers got back to me and the thoughtfulness they exhibited with our requests. I'm looking forward to finding other occasions to work with them, and I highly encourage anyone to think about it for the office, school or family parties! p.s.
