Supposedly a $420 value for free with purchase. Classes only 1 1/2 hours not 3 and most of the things taught were for other machines not the one I purchased. They seem to really know their stuff. They were honest and told me both the good and the bad of the machines. So well, I walked out with a much more expensive machine than I had intended and I am so excited to get started using it. As I was walking out the lady that helped me called me over and said, your receipt doesn't look right. I had paid and she could have just let me walk out, but she stopped me. Checked the receipt and reprocessed my transaction with the lower amount. With the purchase of a machine you get free classes also. I was impressed by their fabric and notions selections also. This is a store that I would like to shop at every day, unfortunately, if I did, I would be broke. It's a great store! Go visit them every day but I would go broke.

I don't remember the gentleman's name, but this is basically his retirement gig. A cool fact, the building where he works is where he grew up in because his dad owned a furniture shop in the attached portion. I thought his prices were fair and he did a good job repairing my couch cushion. He does not do couches anymore because it's too heavy for him to lift and negotiate. But he does do chairs, cushions etc. Again, just call and leave a message and he'll call you back whenever he's in the office. He's cash or check only, FYI.

I love the phone app that lets us know every time there's a big sale, and the sales are quite frequent. Tons of seasonal home decor items. I love the wide open layout of this store. Lots of room to maneuver around those shoppers who aren't cart-aware. (You know who you are) The staff here are great. We have never had a negative experience. The cut table is always fast and efficient, while still having time to chat it up. Gotta love friendly service!

My personal favorite is the Extreme Plush -- it's the definition of comfort and peace. Yes, they have a huge variety (baby sleepers, dog beds, etc.), but the staff are super helpful in guiding you to the perfect choice. Some might think the blankets are pricey, but they regularly run amazing sales - like 40-65% off throughout the year, not just during the holidays. Totally worth it for the quality you get! I've never had any issues with shedding like another reviewer mentioned. Honestly, I love them so much that everyone in my family is getting a Minky Couture blanket for Christmas this year! I asked about it and as it turns out, it's unique to Utah. Unique doesn't even explain how amazing there are! I decided to go to the nearest by my hotel and wow! The store was huge! Beautiful colors everywhere and the selections were plentiful. Of course I am going to check out the clearance because they must be expensive! The very nice young woman said "come see our weekly special " . It was in a bag but she brought me over to the sample. I'm not necessarily a blanket person, but let me tell you! I am now. It was luxurious! Bought one for myself left and came back and bought 3 more for my daughters. Had to buy a duffel bag to bring them home. It was worth it! I've since ordered another one. This is a must! They have a variety of sizes, mini, baby, tween, adult, monster and grande. You can see the dimensions on their site. Do yourself a favor and buy one. Yes they're expensive but they have weekly specials and they're great. Next time you're in Utah, this is a must visit.

Are people sooooo stupid these days that they don't realize they're only getting 25% off and not even that much if you have items priced differently?!? At Christmas NONE OF THE CHRISTMAS MERCH WAS PRICED!!!!! AND THEY TOOK OUT ALL OF THEIR PRICE CHECK MACHINES AROUND THE STORE!!!!! You either carry it up to checkout and get price checks for everything before you buy it or, as one lazy, arrogant associate suggested, "You don't need me. I used to go in nearly every week because they had excellent assortments of painting books and paint and surfaces and the 40% off coupons. Now I let them keep it.
