I had to take annual leave at my work to sit there forever waiting. The worst part was that they showed up, looked at my appliance for ten minutes and told me it would cost $350 for the part, which is more than then entire appliance is worth. I told him I could buy a new one for that price, and he immediately broke into a selling pitch on their new appliances, like he planned it all along. I told him I wouldn't buy one from him and he kept pushing and pressuring me. I felt very uncomfortable. So after 15 minutes, I got charged over $50, for him to tell me absolutely nothing. It was a complete rip off, and I am out that money without any service rendered... make sure you know what you are getting into before having them come on a "service" call

Our Dyson had issues so we decided to replace it after using it for a few years. We came to Swiss Boy to check out what was available. They introduced us to the Riccar vacuum line. So we spent a little more than we would have spent on a Dyson and got a Riccar. We have loved it. It picks up dirt better than any vacuum I've used. The vacuum is only part of the reason I enjoy Swiss Boy. The vacuum came with a 3 year warranty that has come in handy several times, including some cleanings of the vacuum. The customer service is alway friendly and whenever I need bags for my vacuum, they have them in stock and the price is about what you'd pay online. Great place. I don't plan on buying a new vacuum any time soon but when I do, I'll go to Swiss Boy.

The set they had, the washer was broken, so they told us they would get it fixed and deliver it to us. Instead they offered us a different one. Once delivered we paid them with a check. Rodrigo & his wife take used washer & dryers, get them back into like-new condition, and sell them for a sweet price. Cash preferred, but they'll accept credit card for an extra charge. We bought a nice Samsung front-load set from them, they let us test them out in the store, then delivered the set later that evening. Our set has been working great for a month now, and we got a heck of a deal on it. Buy used to save $ and the environment, and support a super-nice, enterprising local family!

York was assigned our job, and he was amazing. When we explained the difficulty with the smell in the room needing immediate attention, he mentioned that he could add a deodorizer for a very reasonable price, so much so MT wife insisted we add deodorizer to all the rooms. I was amazed that they actually use different processes based on the material of the carpet - one that works best for each situation. When York was done everything came out better than we imagined, and it all smelled so fresh in addition to looking oh so clean. I highly recommend them.

About 20 minutes after arranging the appointment I get a text message confirmation which adds a little piece of mind. The tech was actually early for my appointment which could be problematic if he hadn't called ahead and arranged to be early (nice touch).
