This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. I ordered a Powerpuff Girls cake ice cream sandwich, but I believe there was a misunderstanding, and I was initially given a Powerpuff on a stick instead. When I realized I had received the wrong item, the employee gave my sister the Powerpuff Girls ice cream sandwich that I had originally ordered as well as a few other items. I then politely tried to return the incorrect item, saying, "I'm sorry, I don't want this one." The employee "Patricia" abruptly snatched the ice cream from my hand and threw it on the ground in front of several other customers. She was obviously angry. I was surprised and taken aback by how the situation was handled. Mistakes happen, and I understand that misunderstandings can occur, but I don't feel that this response was appropriate or respectful. I did not know once a customer is given an ice cream sandwich it cannot be used for another customer. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that future customers have a more positive experience. This event happened on 7/2 at a club event in Northeast Ohio. I will keep that club anonymous because I don't feel like the poor decisions and behavior of the ice cream truck staff reflect how the club staff behave or act ever.

They have an ever changing menu with a few mainstays. The menu is very diverse from burgers to tacos to pastas. Anytime I have had their food the service has been quick and courteous. Prices tend to be a little high but if you think about it, they are coming to you and have the cost of gas/vehicle maintenance that needs to be factored in. They aren't ridiculous prices but enough to cover those extra expenses I imagine. I've had the Lobster Mac n' Cheese which was pretty good and ran $10. There was a decent amount of food in this dish and the lobster was plentiful. The Original Trükballs are delicious. The sauce is excellent. They run $4 for 2. Fresh cut Rosemary Fries are a good side for $3. The real standout for me on the menu is the Chili Dog. My biggest concern for the party was not having enough food. I wasn't sure if we would have 70 people or 140 people attend. The owner assured me that they could handle it no matter who showed up. Trying to keep it on the healthier side, I ordered the ahi tuna salad. The tuna was well prepared, pink in the center with a subtle peppery crust and thinly sliced over a variety of greens. I could eat tuna like this everyday and I'm not a big seafood person. They use a ginger citrus soy based dressing which was bright and refreshing. My only disappointment was not having enough of the dressing. Even after mixing thoroughly, many of my greens remained sad and dry. At $11, it is pricey but very tasty. Would have again but will probably try a different truck every Wednesday!
