When I returned in the next month, Tom was no longer there and Ana began helping me. She was very intentional and super friendly. When I came on yesterday she was booked as well so I got serviced by Michael and I completely wasted my money. He was very friendly however, I was not able to make it to my event without my nails peeling and chipping from the clumpy gel paint that was used. To be completely honest, I wasn't able to make it out of the parking lot before having to turn around to ask them to for them to remove all the excess paint that was underneath my actual nails. I got my nails done for a special work event, and I was not able to even show them off after the money I spent. As much as I like Tom and Na I'm unable to return because I don't have money to just throw away.

I told him that I needed a pedocire. Then, I was directed to a sink to wash my hands (I love that because, you know, germs...) and then to a bowl. I was give a complimentary beverage as well. TD was my tech and he did a great job. He let me soak for a bit as I requested (yeah, I needed it) and then handled business. My feet look and feel ike they belong to someone who loves them again. Oh, and the foot massage was just what I needed after getting off the plane. Overall, this is a good nail salon with reasonable prices. They clean all of their tools with a sterilizer machine, each pedicure station gets a new plastic covering per client and I've never had any issues with fungus/infection. Prices are reasonable: I usually get a gel manicure ($30) and basic pedicure ($20) plus tip. COVID precautions: every client and staff member is required to wear a mask. They ask all clients to wash their hands and check their temperature upon entry. The pedicure chairs are divided with clear PVC curtains and the manicure stations all have a plastic barrier screen between the tech and client. Parking: located in a plaza with ample free parking available.

I was already on the ship and had to use top coat to just cover what was stuck on. There was no fixing it. Place is not esthetically pleasing, but if the mani/pedi was good looks don't matter. I will not be returning. Also, prices do not justify the esthetics or quality of the job.
