The only reason they look crazy is because they've grown out so much. I trust Lissy completely with my nails and always leave happy. I love her so much and couldn't recommend her enough!

Before I started seeing her, I had gone from one nail technician to another hoping to find someone who could help. Instead, my nails became weak, thin, and would constantly break. I was frustrated and assumed that was just how my nails were going to be. Malby changed all of that. She took the time to educate me, used techniques that protected my natural nails, and consistently prioritized their health. Over time, my nails became stronger, healthier, and now grow beautifully without the constant breaking I experienced before. It's amazing to look back and see the difference. My nails are very brittle and break easily so to actually have long nails made me very happy. They're very respectful of your time and their clients, which I think shows their work ethic and do enforce their late policy. I know sometimes it doesn't sit well with people, but it's also taking into consideration that someone comes after you and it's not fair to make them wait if you were late. They are on the pricer say, but you get what you paid for. It's all top quality products and top quality service. They're honestly so good that I would almost go back and remove stars from all the previous salons I've been to because they set a new standard for me. However, today I was supposed to have my nail appointment to get an acrylic refill with gel polish and pedicure. I had previously spoken to the nail artist who was going to do my nails and she made the appointment for today at 4:30 and charged $70. She then proceeded to text me saying it will need to be put up by $10 because I passed 3 weeks with my acrylics on. But when I was on my way today to the nail salon the nail artist decided to text me and say I had to pay $95? Let me just inform on the fact that i had only brought $80 because it is what I was told. I immediately walked out and said no, I was not going to pay $95 to get a refill. That is beyond disrespectful and the fact that she told me that when I was there. Never going there again.

I was running late and she still was able to see me. The hours are flexible enough for a 9 to 5 working person. Ideal! The place is nice and spacious, well kept and has a lot of chairs for pedis and a couple of nail stations. A nice variety of different colors, we all can agree, choosing a color is probably the hardest part of getting your nails done! Marianela was super sweet and worked quickly, the appt took about an hour and a half, and she got every piece of cuticle off; this is also super important for me! Yea this place is cheap but it's not worth it. My gel mani usually last 2 weeks, it didn't even last a week here before the polish started to come off.
