I had a smothered Carne Asada Burrito with red chile (continuing my quest to find the best burrito) and my wife had the Birria Tacos. The burrito was stuffed with a generous amount of meat, refied beans and rice. The chile was flavorful and bit on the hot side, which suits me fine. The birria was tender and the sauce was just as tasty. Did I mention the salsa bar? The green salsa was the best. If you're near Santa Ana Star Casino, do yourself a favor and try Tio's.
