Full highlights, toned, and dried in less time than some blow outs take. I assume that speed is a testament to her experience and expertise. My house lighting doesn't do it justice, it looks great, brighter, and blonder in better lighting. I haven't noticed any damage from the bleaching she did. I'm very happy with how it turned out. Thanks Jacki!!

For the result I received, it felt higher than expected. The haircut itself was fine, but he does charge $80 for a quick trim on fine hair without coloring, price feels steep. I am trying to grow out all my color and needed a shorter cut to assist with this undulating process?! Luckily, I was able to find someone immediately to help me with this task-I was at the point of cutting off my own hair to accomplish. Luckily, Young was available and cut my hair nicely with a great style. I have white-gray hair at my temples and Young worked her magic to cover up my gray while growing out my hair naturally! She's amazing and I left with self confidence and a happy new hairstyle. I was even indulged with a relaxing, massage, neck massage and luxurious hair shampoo by the sweet guy that specializes in scalp treatment! Unfortunately, the haircut I received from the owner was very basic and not what I asked for. I even provided two pics of what I was looking to achieve- failed miserably. I was especially disappointed with the scissor work and overall technique. Clippers were used on the back of my hair, which I initially assumed was part of creating some shape, but there really wasn't any layering or noticeable effort to add movement or texture. The end result felt more like a basic cut than a thoughtfully shaped haircut. Considering the owner has been cutting hair for some time, I expected a stronger understanding of basic scissor techniques and layering. In my experience, the skill level just wasn't there for the type of cut I was requesting. Ultimately, you get what you pay for, and unfortunately I left disappointed.
