They were professional, thorough, and very kind throughout the entire process. They even provided us with clear start and end dates, which made planning so much easier. Unfortunately, we were unable to move forward with the painting project because an HVAC issue and a main line issue took precedence and needed to be addressed first. Even though we didn't ultimately use their services, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to work with us. I would definitely recommend Hands On Painters to anyone looking for a reliable and professional painting company!

The real gem for me were our workers - I came home one day to about 30 boxes for our Lovesac sectional couch. My husband was away and I was completely panicked how I was going to get the large, heavy boxes in. The workers were wrapping up for the day and they offered to help unload them for me. I was so grateful!! I tried everything to get them to take a tip but they refused. It was an absolute lifesaver and their willingness to just step in seeing my anxiety on my face was a true testament to how good people are. Great experience with the paint job - greater experience with the men who helped me get our sofa in the house. Thank you Hands On Painters!

He was very professional the entire time and took off his shoes even before he came inside. I showed him what wall he needed to caulk and then he went right back to his truck and got the tools he needed. It took a bit over an hour for him to get done, but the ending result was flawless, honestly. And he cleaned up all of the old caulk efficiently. I haven't had many caulking jobs done, but if anyone else needed it, I would recommend this company.

I had purchased a large townhouse that needed significant work before it could be rented. After gathering multiple quotes and meeting Nelson on-site, his detailed explanations and thorough approach made him the clear choice. He consistently arrived on time each morning and exceeded expectations. Nelson quickly turned around a poorly done paint job and delivered meticulous flooring work. He even met me at the flooring wood depot to pick out the best wood for the price. Even when I was out of town, he went above and beyond by tidying up the space and installing new smoke detectors. I've already recommended him to other investors and am currently working with him again on replacing doors in another unit. He was very apologetic and offered to come by personally first thing the next morning. He came, and gave me a free estimate Friday which was very reasonable and we were able to schedule the work for first thing Sunday. The work was for drywall installation, taping, and mudding, including fixing some ugliness that had occurred as a result of demolition/renovation. José came on time and was polite, friendly, and respectful (if those things are important to you) but honestly I care a lot more that he was extremely good at his job. He got right down to business, and made my terrible mess of a wall into a beautiful work of drywall art. I recommend that you hire them, and I will be recommending them to everyone in my neighborhood as well.
