What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. In researching duct cleaning companies, I kept coming across horror stories about cost overruns and inadequate work. I requested three bids, hoping to get at least one good one. The first company said they used a "100% biobased disinfectant technology approved by the USDA," but when I inquired what the technology was they didn't explain. The second offered an add-on service, but when I asked about why I'd need it, they admitted I didn't. They also came in hundreds of dollars about the third company--Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning. I liked Lowe's flat rate: no surprises! I liked the service even better. The technician arrived on time. He took off his shoes in the house and was respectful of our things. He worked diligently for about seven hours to clean our dryer vent and the ducts for our three HVAC systems. He showed me before and after pictures that I could identify as ours because I'd found the same pet food kibbles elsewhere in the house from the former owner. The ducts had been so filthy that, after cleaning, I noticed a difference in the HVAC's performance! I highly recommend Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning.

I contacted Dovetail Restoration to ask if they could restore a small Chinoiserie side table that…read morehas been in my family a long time. It had some chipping and general damage. I emailed Dovetail and included pictures of the piece. They responded that they could restore it and asked me to bring it in. I drove it over, they gave me a quote, and an expected finish date (I believe it was about a month away). I paid a deposit (half the restoration cost) when I dropped it off. When it was ready, I picked up and paid the remaining invoice amount. The restoration cost wasn't inexpensive, but the piece looks really good and their restoration may have given that piece some new life! It's ready to be used for another 50 years! Highly recommend reaching out to them if you have a piece that needs restoring: fast response, good work, on-time completion.

But the office was closed no one answered the phone nor called me back, and on top of that app was down. So come the 1st I was notified that the lock needs to be off. I took the lock off and they charged my the whole month of October. Would not help me at all instead threaten me if I did not pay it by the 6th I would be charged a late fee and the 10th they would report it to my credit and transfer it to a collection agency.
