I called and it was an automated process. I received a call back within a few minutes with the technician who reported he would be there within 25-30 minutes. He did report within that time frame. He was able to open the door quickly within a few minutes. The technician was not super friendly but he got right to it. I did appreciate the quick service, the huge downside for me was the price- it was $264 and the technician made a comment about adding a tip and when we didn't say anything he said I guess you aren't tipping me which felt a bit unnecessary especially considering the high price of the service. Life lesson learned to give your spare keys out as soon as possible to avoid this!

After buying a replacement lock and cap, I was desperately looking for a Locksmith company nearby, which conveniently was Tinder, I called beforehand, and the lady said that I could bring my by and she could check it out to see if she could help. When I got there, she was waiting in the parking lot for me and immediately took a look at it and went to get some tools to work on it. I knew the moment I shut my car door that I had locked my keys in the car. So, I climbed on Yelp and began checking out options. I saw Unlock Indy and the mostly positive reviews. I read the reviews including one from Dani, a fellow Yelp Elite whose vibes I generally trust. I called. Quick pick-up. Pretty casual. He was going to text me and I would text back the address. He did very quickly and I texted back. He said he'd be by in about 15-20 minutes. He made it in right about 20 minutes. I'd figured it would be a quick job and it was a quick job. He got in my car, saw the keys, and we were good to go. We had a fair price, not really a great price but a fair one, and he was able to accept cash, credit card, Venmo, or CashApp. I was having trouble getting into my Venmo (you could tell credit card was a bit more of a hassle, but we decided to go that route). He used Square and I got a text receipt confirming my payment. As much as I always hate to spend a decent amount for such an easy job, the truth is he couldn't have been much better. He arrived on time, got the job done, charged a fair price, was friendly, and the problem was ultimately solved. So yeah, I would definitely use again.
