I believe she is easily influenced by outside factors. I also strongly believe she is overly concerned about others opinions. For this, I believe, her work is sadly lacking empathy and understanding. Hopefully she continues to grow in her path and becomes a better provider for that. read more

There are many counselors out there, but there is only one Dr. Kroll. She's a well-trained and incredibly skilled Psychologist. All the time I've worked with her I've never felt like she didn't have time for me. She really cares. She makes herself available and is flexible with her hours, which is really important when life's demands get in the way. I've never felt like just a number or that she uses a one-size-fits-all approach. She is AWESOME!! I would recommend my best friend to her that's how highly I think of her. read more
