When asked what's to prevent them from not having any availability if I call back in May, I was told there was no guarantee that any appointments would be available and that I had to keep trying each week. Absolute BS and completely unprofessional. Their only suggestion was to see someone on a cash pay basis and forego the option of using any insurance we may have. Sounds like a complete and total scam. Go elsewhere. They're not interested in helping you, only making sure they get paid.

Also, a research physician, so often his treatment is different from what most doctors would prescribe. Holistically oriented. If a homeopathic therapy will suffice, that's the direction he will go. He will prescribe "mainstream " medications. A very good listener regarding your concerns and open to your questions. He's been a tremendous help to my spouse and me. He wanted me to spend over $100.00 a week in supplements that he sold out of his office. The heart specialist told me my blood pressure medicine dosage was too high. I told Dr Evens this he proceeded to yell at me in his office, and told me he could not continue to see me if I wouldn't buy his supplements. Use caution and seek second opinions when this "doctor" recommends anything.
