Happened the i couldn't picked her at the time and she stay for another two months. I was ansious and nervous because she is and old dog. But the nice lady and the staff always give me updates with her. They response everytime i wrote them. Finally i pick up my baby girl, she was clean, healthy and happy. I m very grateful the way they take care of Monalisa. We just adopted another little dog. So next time we need it we will going there again :)

We had boarded our dog a few times at another kennel in the area, but they were fully booked up. The woman we met here was pleasant, but there was another employee, a young man, who gave the impression that he wasn't particular thrilled to be caring for dogs for that weekend and would rather be doing other things. So the drop off went okay, but when we picked up our dog we noticed that he smelled awful. It smelled like he had been sitting in poop and his bed was also dirty. My boyfriend and I work a 9-5 job, and our dog is able to hold his business during the day. So based on his condition when we picked him up, we assume he must not have been walked enough or given enough time away from his kennel.He's an 80lb dog who is very friendly. It took two baths to remove the smell and we placed his bed in the laundry as well. When you have to drop your dog off to be in somebody else's care temporarily, you already feel bad about it and worry that he's not being taken out enough. I wouldn't go here again.

She was recently out for a month with a serious gastrointestinal infection as well as an infection on her foot which resulted in two of her toes being removed. After reaching out to have Amber return to daycare with a veterinary clearance, we received the following e-mail: Hi, We hope you guys had a wonderful weekend. We miss Amber as well and are happy to hear that her vet doesn't have any concerns. That being said, daycare can be extremely active, and messy as well during play (when pools are out, mud, etc), and we would never want Amber to get further hurt or sick in a vulnerable state. Due to her extreme and sudden onset of medical issues, we feel as a team that we can no longer provide the level of specific care Amber needs at this time. As much as we would love to continue seeing her, we feel that it would not be the best decision for her medically. I appreciate your understanding, I apologize for the inconvenience, and wish you all the best. WTF??? Is upper management now veterinarians too? Who are you to override a veterinary clearance? We thought that is why you have EVERYONE sign a waiver which releases you from liability. What we see here is ageism plain & simple - you do not want to attend to a senior dog who can walk, run & play because you have no staff and cannot be bothered oh, by the way, this is after we, as loyal clients did not sue you after our dog was severely attacked at daycare by a bully dog who had only just joined. Yes, we are loyal clients, we came back, we recommended you to others, you used our dog as a test dog for meets & greets with potential new clients! We have never been in arrears for payment, oh wait, we actually paid in advance! This is NOT how you treat clients! We will be taking our loyalty, money & sweet girl elsewhere, this is all on you, you should be ashamed as there is no reason why she cannot come back, but after the way you just treated us, never again at UCA.

REALLY?!!!...walking the dog wasn't even part of the $27? ... figuring that after that they'd be something else to purchase following by something else to purchase, etc., etc... We have been coming here for two weeks and every day we are greeted with smiles. When I come to pick him up he is always having too much fun and never wants to go home. The staff here always go above and beyond. They give me a full report on how his day went and let me know of any concerns. I am even fairly certain that they gave my little guy a (free) bath. I really love how comfortable I feel leaving my dog and how clean the store is. If you feel guilty about leaving your pup at home all day, definitely try out Henry Loves Betty!!

My dog loves small dog daycare at Henry Loves Betty! She has been going once a week for the past 6…read moremonths. I work around the corner in Albany, so it's super easy to drop her off before work and pick her up on my way home. The daycare gang is all dogs under 40lbs at the Albany location, and I can tell my dog has played a ton by how sleepy she is when we get home! The staff is super friendly and kind, and they all take great care of my dog every time she is there. A couple weeks ago, my dog was a little hesitant to get in the mix with the other dogs first thing in the morning, so the guy working picked her up and hung out with her for a little to ease her into the day - so sweet! They have a great backyard so I know my dog is getting some quality outdoors time, too. I love following them on Instagram because they post cute videos of my dog and have taken some adorable glamour shots of my dog. Such a great place, reasonable prices, and confidence that my dog is safe and happy while she is there.

When we called to make our appointment, they did an over-the-phone consultation and gave us a price estimate, which was very competitive - especially considering they were the ones coming to us! They parked right outside of our apartment, showed us their van and their equipment (top-notch), and talked to us about how we wanted his hair cut. We showed them some photos of what we liked and were able to describe how we wanted it cut (it was our first time so we didn't truly know how to best describe it - something like a puppy cut but not too short because he's a very skinny pup), and they made our vision a reality. It was so nice not having to drive across town to go to another pet grooming salon where it takes all day long, and not knowing when he would be ready. It was nice knowing that he had individualized attention and we knew exactly when he was ready. Plus, we didn't have to travel anywhere! I can't describe enough how great the convenience was having them come to us and the assurance we had knowing that he wouldn't be neglected or kept in a cage waiting for eons. All-in-all, Juan and Heather were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job with our dog. They even gave us written details on how they cut it, so that they could repeat the exact cut for next time, which is SO helpful. The appointments had a arrival window of a hour early to a hour later for arrival from your appointment time. We had a few times where they even canceled due to emergencies and we didn't mind. This last time my dogs were scheduled they literally just never showed. I had reached out to them and still have yet to receive response back. I am very surprised they would just ghost a client. I would definitely not recommend because that is very unprofessional.
