Had my first experience with Pup-e-cise earlier this week when they watched my cats while I went camping for a few days. They did a spectacular job, including giving medication to my older cat. I knew during the meet-and-greet session with the owner that this business is first rate. They have GPS technology, they provide pictures and detailed reports on a daily basis, and provide excellent care and customer contact. Could not be happier and will continue to use them whenever the need for pet-sitting arises.

My work schedule is constantly changing and she does an amazing job at always fitting in last minute dog walks and boarding. One day I ended up working from home and I forgot to cancel Hank's walk. When she opened my front door, I saw just how much Hank loves her! He was so excited to see her and it was obvious that she treats him very well. I had always gotten a good impression/vibe from Christa but seeing her interaction with Hank that day completely confirmed that she is a genuine and trustworthy individual. I highly recommend her.

I've been helping Sherry with weekend dog sits for almost a year now, so I get to see yet another side of her work ethic. Each pet is given individual care and attention, with a focused attention on client details. She makes sure that no pet is ever pushed beyond its limits with unrealistic expectations, which I really respect.

I don't wish to delete my previous review because I really did have difficulty getting a response from the business, but the owner did eventually contact me. I think it was months later. She seemed very nice. She was very apologetic. She said she never noticed my phone messages or emails. The business was having technical difficulties and she assured me the problem was an aberration. I'm happy to see that the business has a better website and is doing well enough to expand to two locations. Sending my best wishes.

The most amazing experience I have ever had working with people, outside of family and friends,…read morecaring for my dog. My 7 year-old Maltese, Frederick spent this last year being walked twice a week by several of the staff at HOTH. I receieved gracious notes, he had the opportunity to meet other dogs in the neighborhood, and I was always treated in a caring, professional, and thoughtful manner. Fred also made two stays at the Bed and Biscuit, being cared for round the clock by HOTH staff. I have NEVER boarded my dog, so leaving him with someone outside of family and close friends was a choice I made very carefully. The cost for walks and overnight stays was reasonable and something I could afford living on the very small budget of a graduate student. I always felt wonderful knowing Fred was getting some love and attention during my long days at work. I can't recommend their services enough to coworkers and friends with animals. One of the only reasons I am sad to be leaving the Albany area for a new job in St. Kitts, is not getting to work with Hounds on the Hudson!

Jessica came to our house before the trip and we were able to show her everything she needed to know to care for our cats. We received a detailed description of the visit every day as well as photos of our cats. Several of them are literally some of the best photos we have of them! Although we already liked Jessica, what really made her stand out is when there was a large snow storm. Our tenant was supposed to shovel for us, but his car broke down and he couldn't even make it home that night. We told Jessica about the situation and that our cats would be ok for a day. She said she would be fine, came by anyhow, climbed her way through over a foot of snow, and then brushed it off saying it was not a problem and we shouldn't worry about it. Now, that is dedication! I'm so glad we have found Jessica/Empire Pet Care and will no longer worry about traveling and leaving our babies behind.
