She watched our 5 year old cat during Christmastime while we went on a 9 day vacation. During our initial consultation she was professional while being super likable and friendly! Our cat even came out to say hello...and she never does that with strangers. We loved that she came to our house every day so our cat was in familiar surroundings. Also was great that she took in our mail and made the house look lived-in from the outside (lights and such). Every day after we were gone, she'd come to feed and play with her - and sent pictures too! It was hard for us to leave our little one but having a trusted pet-sitter was a huge relief - and the daily pics helped a lot too. We were so happy to see our kitty having a good time and excited for some attention while we were gone. I totally recommend Kim if you're in the Melbourne area! Sitting on our porch for an extended amount of time, we noticed a skittish, feral, adult TNR cat lurking around in the bushes. After a closer look we could tell he was ravaged with mange and in very bad shape. Months of coaxing, pleading, bribing ( kitty snacks) and patience finally paid off. He trusted us enough to be comfortable. Vet visit and treatment completed our bond grew - we became a family. Fast forward to the present. Work is on the raise. Where we in the past could just pick up and go, now it's a different story. That's where Fetch! Pet and Fran come in. Thanks to Fetch! Pet for even considering our special boy.
