She watched our 5 year old cat during Christmastime while we went on a 9 day vacation. During our initial consultation she was professional while being super likable and friendly! Our cat even came out to say hello...and she never does that with strangers. We loved that she came to our house every day so our cat was in familiar surroundings. Also was great that she took in our mail and made the house look lived-in from the outside (lights and such). Every day after we were gone, she'd come to feed and play with her - and sent pictures too! It was hard for us to leave our little one but having a trusted pet-sitter was a huge relief - and the daily pics helped a lot too. We were so happy to see our kitty having a good time and excited for some attention while we were gone. I totally recommend Kim if you're in the Melbourne area! Do your pets a favor and don't send them for boarding at a vet - get a pet sitter like That Pet Sitter Girl and your pet will be so glad!

I have been bringing my fur baby to K9 campus for about two years now…read more I mostly use it for daycare, but I have boarded my baby twice. The first time was for one night, and the second time was for three nights. Driving up to the facility, the first thing you notice is that there is a large outside fenced area which is mostly covered with canvas sail-type of material and has built in kiddy-ponds where early in the morning you will usually see multiple dogs playing under the supervision of a staff member. Entering the building, I was struck at how large the interior is and how there are two large enclosures (I think for the different size of dogs, large and small), and how, unlike other doggy-daycare facilities, there was no pervasive smell of urine. The entire facility is kept clean. Now, this is the most important part. I know that my pup is being treated properly and that she's having fun because as soon as we make the turn from the Eau Gallie Causeway south onto US 1, she knows where we're going, and when she sees the building she gets extremely excited. When I turned the car off and open her door she goes bounding out and can't wait to get inside. It's as if we were going to the park. She rushes inside the building and almost leaps over the three - foot tall gate between the front desk and the play areas. The staff are very friendly, and greet my pup my name. I believe they are a franchise, and they do have online scheduling ability which is quite handy. Their hours of operation are good; I just wish they were open until 7 PM. They're open until 6 PM which should be fine except that I'm a physician, and sometimes I just can't leave the office until 5: 30 or 5:45, which is really pushing it, although they are very accommodating. I really recommend K-9 campus for your pup - sitting needs. Your fur- baby will be happy and so will you.

I have been brining my dog and cat (cat off and on when I go out of town) for over two years now. I can recall a time when my dog who is currently 11 was having tummy issues, turns out he has pancreatitis. Had an accident while at day care (he goes daily while I work) he had rice earlier that morning which made it look like worms. Tony called every number listed trying to get ahold of me and even called my mother who is also a client to track me down. He was so worried about my little guy he was getting ready to take him to the vet. Luckily I told Tony it was just rice so to keep an eye on him they had my little guy stay up front with them (with my permission of course). This morning was cold, rare for Florida causing my little guys arthritis to bother him, so they carried him back and kept a watchful eye on him and said if he was having problems, they would put him in a separate area so it didn't get aggravated further. Luckily, he was fine and played with all his friends. Every morning my dog gets so excited to go today care he does a "Happy Howl" as soon as we pull into the parking lot. When he sees Tony and Yolanda getting out of their car, he does another "Happy Howl" he absolutely loves them and going to Preppy Pet. I cannot recommend them enough. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! :)
