The only issue is that clients who visit the spa should have pool access. Every spa I've been to has included the pool as part of your day to relax. This spa is absolutely adorable. I am extremely picky and don't usually allow anyone to give me facials. Vera was so sweet and knowledgable. Her technique was amazing and everything felt so good. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable. It's a small spa but it's very cozy. My husband really enjoyed his pedicure with Alisha, he said she had soft hands and she was very gentle. She was very knowledgeable and even gave him some tips. All in all we loved our experience and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back.

EVERYthing about this spa was wonderful. I had two massages and a facial over 2 days and had the chance to meet the owners Karen and Nicole. Let me reveal at this point that I am a Customer Experience professional and can have pretty high expectations before I'm willing to write such a rave review. First, my massages and facial were fantastic. On my first visit, I had a lot of physical tension and Davida gave me a deep tissue massage that made my muscles scream/melt. It was exactly what I needed. I followed that with the complementary infrared sauna and cold plunge which Karen coached me through. It made me feel like a whole new person before I took a turn in their full body red light bed. On my second visit, Mirta gave me a gentler, more of a healing massage which was perfect following my much needed muscle mash. I then had a delightful facial with Leticia who explained every product and purpose as she exfoliated and moisturized my face into a new existence. I felt like the smooth results lasted for weeks! On this visit I returned to the sauna and cold plunge and with Nicole's guidance was able to stay submerged for 3 full minutes (I was quite proud). Again, euphoria ensued! Secondly, Karen and Nicole are the BOMB! I loved them both and felt like we were instant friends. That is how welcoming and warm they are. One of them is there every day and I think the care they put into ensuring their clients are well tended and enjoying their stay is amazing. In addition to the services I already described, they also have a sound room for relaxation and vibration pads that help to drain lymph fluid (a'la rebounder). All of their equipment was top notch. I was even admiring the furniture and fixtures around the spa - that is how much thought and effort they put into making this a high quality and relaxing experience. Net, I felt pampered with some very targeted and health focused services without the fussy/snooty experience you often get from more expensive spas. I am definitely going back!
