Then they took a woman who didn't have an appt for a b12 shot and then took another guy whose appt was at 1:30 for a hair check. What I loved about Karen is that she gave her honest and professional opinion on placement of the helix. Where I initially wanted it was not going to be the best option because of the shape and curve of my ear. Being a woman herself, she knew I wouldn't love my initial placement ad recommended a lower helix piercing. I appreciated her honesty. She even asked if my two prior piercings were done by different piercers, which I said yes, and she knew right away they were from different people (because of the placement they did, going off of what I wanted and not taking my ear shape into consideration). I went with her recommended area and I couldn't be happier with results. She runs the show here at EA - a small, woman owned business which resonates with me. Karen is highly professional and personal, engaging and makes you feel comfortable and secure. I couldn't recommend Karen enough! Just an fyi - she's cash only - not a problem but come prepared. Ive never been treated so poorly!!!!
