Customer service is important and the owner lacks a sense of understanding and to basically not believe me is unfair, I'm delivering the paperwork that I copied. The 30 min massage was good, but I really enjoyed the 60 min reflexology foot massage. Unfortunately baby girl didn't come that weekend, so I ended up scheduling another prenatal 30 min massage a couple days later (where I'm also 41+ weeks) to get some work in before my chiro adjustment down the road and WOW...that 30 min massage was seriously the best I ever had during this pregnancy. This time, I had Cindy and she made sure to hit allll the labor points, including my feet, lower back, and even thighs. Ended my session with a yummy head massage too. Felt so good + so refreshed by the end of my session, it was truly a solid 10/10. I also noticed it was a lot easier for my chiro to adjust me, too. Will definitely be back whenever I need a massage, whether it's my whole body or feet and hopefully the labor points worked this time to encourage baby out! Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks.Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit. I'm not interested in being their client.
