When I arrived I was told they couldn't do the procedure because I was on a certain medication. It would have been nice for them to 1: put this information on their website or 2: tell me at the time of making the appointment or 3: put this info on the paperwork I did online or 4: add this to the email confirmation. Although other med spas do not have this restriction it's their option to have it. If being on certain medications is their hard stop- they should let clients know. This tells me all I need to know about how they conduct business. I drove an hour for this place and I was planning for other procedures in the future, but no thanks.Then, on top of all of that, they couldn't figure out how to refund my deposit. I'm not interested in being their client.

I recently called to schedule an appt for a massage after a trip, and while they did not have an opening, the receptionist (also great) suggested a facial. I realized after changing climates, this was actually what I needed. Worst Massage Ever! I booked massages for me, my daughter, and her friend. When we go there, they…read morehad us soak our feet for 10 minutes which was part of the hour, so the massages only lasted 50 minutes. I am not sure what my "therapist" was doing, but it was not a massage. The reflexology portion was her basically rubbing lotion on my feet and calves. For the massage portion I had asked to focus on my head, neck and shoulders. She did not even massage those areas! She did not massage my arms; it was more like squeezing and pulling on my skin. Before I went in my back did not hurt but it did when I left. She dug her elbow into my back in various places, no actual massage. My daughter's friend's therapist left the room 4 times to talk to people who came in and answered the phone during the session. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my daughter said her massage was decent.
