I called to make an appointment for 1 hour combo massage and asked for the price, the woman said…read more$65. When we arrived they brought us into a room, the massage was just ok, lots of repetition, and they stopped the massage 2 times to try upselling us while we were on the table. 10 mins in to extend the massage from 60 to 90 minutes, and then again to pay $10 dollars for biofreeze and $20 for coconut oil, I said just regular lotion is ok, but they kept pushing that we needed the extra products. We didn't want to pay more but felt pressured to so we said ok just the $10. I also booked the combo massage so that I could get a foot massage, they didn't massage our feet at all. Then when we went to check out the price had increased from $65 to $75 plus the $10 add on so $85 PP. When I told them that they confirmed the price of $65 over the phone they said that is only for the massages outside of the room not for massages on the table. This was never disclosed and is very bad customer service. Then when I said the tip should be $10 each they pushed back that $10 is not enough for $85 massage which I agree, but they failed to communicate the higher rate and also up-charged me for bio freeze. The interrupted, average massage only deserved a $10 tip, but he still typed $30 into the machine for tip so I just let it go to get out of there. Not professional and we will not be going back. Save your money. For $50 more you can go to a 5 star hotel and get a professional massage, this was merely a money grab disguised as a massage. Very disappointing.
