A couple of buddies actually live here. Visited him twice here in the past year and it's an average student housing apartment. Just imagine your typical college apartment complex, and there you've got it. The apartments are pretty good in size. The common area is separated by a door from the bathroom hallway, which leads to the bed rooms. So you do have privacy should there be any visitors, and it's very common that visitors will come by. The kitchen is small, but a good size for students. They're pretty much making ramen noodles or sandwichs, right? Oh wait, then there's the Iron Chef group date! Wow, that's actually a great group date idea! :o) Bedroom sizes are small, but livable. There are 2 sinks in the bathroom hallway and the toilet and shower are in a separate room. It's BYU approved complex, so you can image the living conditions. So there isn't loud noises, blah, blah, blah. But it really is close to the campus, so it's pretty convenient for students, obviously, to walk to.
There is a new complex being built right next door. Looks like there will be some more eating establishments. There's a great sandwich shop that is on the same block as well.
Visitor parking is in front of the complex off the street. read more
