About 2 weeks later our carbon monoxide sensors went crazy I the house. Called the fire department, they came out and said we needed to contact our service provider. Called Warren Systems and they came out again and said it wasn't their responsibility and charged us $800 for the visit. I had to have a plumber come fix the leak that their technician told us he would fix. Iwouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

We noticed the pipes began to float, and Hunter came out and got us back in business. There was a manufacturing defect in one of our water heaters and it shorted out. Adam came out, identified the issue and ordered a new tank. He got it installed in a matter of minutes and got it running. Was supposed to have an email with quotes to fix other parts of a. Non-repair the furnace. Called again today. Still have not seen anything. I think I just got ripped off! Buyer beware. Something's not right here. I want to hear from the owner. You charged me $154.00 for a repair that did not work. Today is November 14th, 2023.
