D & T gave us an estimate last year to take out two rows of trees last summer. we were told the…read morestumps would be grinders down and everything would look great. the trees were taken down but they left the stumps behind. I called them several times last year each time I was given a new excuse as to why the stumps could not be ground down. This year the stumps were sprouting new branches. I had a portion of the fence removed so they could get their grinder in the yard. Then they tried to say I had to take the entire fence down. I told them that was not a part of the deal when they bid the job they needed to get rid of the stumps regardless. he sent the guy with the grinder back and he proceeded to make a mess of my entire yard I have huge holes all over both sides of my back yard with deep trenches extending six feet beyond the trees taken out They did nothing to level the ground. When I tried to speak with him about the quality of his work he just waved at me and left .They left a huge mess! When the guys came to replace the fence they ran into more stumps on the other side that sound have been removed belonging to the trees they took out. Now I keep getting text messages about service dates when I called back to ask if they were coming back to fill I. The holes and even out the ground they said they would only return for new tree service. I am a 65 year old woman they left me a mess far too big for me to deal with and quite frankly a hazardous an dangerous yard. .

But what…read moreI'm telling you is that Craig Cummings and Blue Star Land Development is an exceptional company. Craig was a dream to work with. He did everything he said he would do and did it to exacting standards. His and his crew's work was just outstanding. We built our house 22 years ago. From the jump we had trouble with one of our retaining walls. It cracked as soon as it was built but the builder assured us it was 'just a shrinkage crack'. It was also so big it should have had rebar installed but he didn't to cut corners. We've tried for years to get someone to fix it. Including one individual who took our money and ran No one wanted to do it because it was an in between job, not big, but not small. We couldn't find anyone. Along came Craig. He told his plan of how he would remove the old broken wall and replace it. AND HE DID IT EXACTLY AS HE SAID HE WOULD! What a joy to find someone so dedicated. But the bacon on this sandwich was the price. Incredible! No deposit or money up front! He just said "pay me when it's finished." If you need any type of landscaping work, hire Craig and Blue Star Land Development.

Hired to power wash out old polymeric sand and replace with new at my elderly parents' home. The…read morenew sand washed out of most of the joints and flowed over onto the tops of the pavers, staining them and covering them with the sand they hired his company to put in the joints. Since the bonding sand is all over the tops of the pavers and not in between the pavers to hold them together, we now have stained pavers with variable amounts of sand joining the pavers, some overflowing and some with none at all. "The Brick Paver Dr" owner claimed it was a water flow issue and requested videos showing water draining cleanly from the roof and down the downspouts. We took all the videos requested showing water flowing smoothly down the downspout. Would not respond to repeated attempts for communication until legal action began. I see the word "Integrity" all over his website, but I don't see it in his business practices. His last text message from October 1st states that he "will get back to me, but not this week". After several further one-way text messages to get this repaired, we got radio silence unto May 19th, seven and a half months later and now he has a different excuse for why his craftsmanship is not his problem. I will add photos and update this review after court. Currently getting competitive bids to fix this mess. ***I even found this gem on his website in the FAQ's page "Q: Does The Brick Paver Dr. warranty their work? A: Definitely! We go above and beyond to ensure our customers are always satisfied because it's the right thing to do, and referrals are a significant part of our business." ***
