First, the website does not do this place justice. This place has no equal in the winter time. It is just a beautiful spot when it's covered in snow! Winter Wonderland as my wife would say. Cons: They don't answer the phone. I made the reservation on Priceline and I called 5 times and left one voicemail message. I never received a call back. I showed up to the ranch and they had my reservation information and were friendly. We had an issue with a fuse going out in the cabin so I attempted to call them but AGAIN no answer and no room phones. Rooms were clean and had no signs of wear and tear. Very well kept. The breakfast was hand delivered to your door every morning which was nice. The food the first morning was just 'ok'. We weren't sure if it was an omelet or not. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. It was french toast stuffed with peanut butter and bananas. Overall, I give it 4 stars. I deducted 1 star for the lack of picking up the phone when I called. It would've been more irritating if the place had sucked but when I got to the ranch I didn't really care because it was so beautiful. I don't know if PRR reads their yelp reviews but if they do I've got two suggestions: 1) Update your website! The place deserves a better website. 2) Answer the phone when people call. read more

My husband and I got married and had our rehearsal dinner here August 2017. Having only toured the Venue in February while it was covered in snow, I was blown away by the beauty! Breath taking beauty! We visited the venue originally in February and we had our hearts set on PRR. From Feb- Aug, I probably sent Patrick 200 emails and he was very prompt and very helpful. He assured me I could contact him as much as possible. I had some requests and he was very accommodating and worked out the rules so we were able to do things the way we wanted. Reading the not so great reviews, I can only guess that people broke the rules, we had no issues at all and we are definitely a party gang! I would get married there over and over again! Family members who stayed at the B&B, raved about the breakfast and said the rooms were adorable. Thanks Patrick and Jessica for hosting the happiest day of our lives! My wife and I spent our last night of our honeymoon at the Pine River Ranch! We started in the wine country so the PRR was a nice change in the mountains..The rooms were quaint and romantic and the landscape of a mountain meadow was beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic with great hospitality by all staff. A great location for all activities near Stevens Pass and Lake Wenatchee. .We will be staying again when we go to Fish Lake. Great time. We spent three nights there. It is about 15 minutes from Leavenworth, but it is nice to have a place that is quiet. You can here the highway once in a while, but it is not bad. They couple that is running was friendly and took time to talk with my wife and I when were exploring their large ranch that goes down to the river. I like that he has cut his own trail through the grass. I have never ridden on a grass trail before; very unique and fun. Breakfast was homey and delicious to fuel our biking adventures. read more

When we first got here for a friend's wedding we thought it was going to be an amazing facility! However heaven forbid your car alarm horn go off at 725 in the evening with a reception going on in the barn with loud music that could be heard IN OUR ROOM OVER THE HORN. I got from my car to my room and shut it off only to be rudely greeted by the owner stomping up the stairs to my room and disrespectfully telling me that it was not going to be tolerated and hopes that was over because there is a neighborhood across the road and it was going off for 10 minutes and he heard it from the barn. This facility is on a busy highway and with the reception and the highway noise and the fact it took me less than 3 minutes to take care of it the situation was handled in far less than a professional manner. For nearly $500 for 2 nights we will not be coming back. Heaven for bid it were another wedding guest that this unfortunate event happened to. If we didn't have a 3 hour drive ahead of us we most definitely would be leaving tonight! read more

My husband and I stayed two nights at Pine River Ranch this past weekend for our anniversary. The grounds are really pretty and well kept with cute paths to walk. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and made us feel really welcomed. We stayed in the Nason Suite. The room was lovely and full of character also very clean and let in lots of natural light. The room also had a nice deck and from the website I couldn't tell it had one so that was a nice surprise! The tub was plenty big for two, very relaxing and the only downside were the jets were not very strong but we still loved it. The water gets as hot as you could want it and we never ran out. The stars look awesome from this place as well. The Breakfast was really good and both mornings they served something different with fresh fruit and juice. Don't skip out on breakfast! We had fun exploring the barn as well and from what I could tell it would make a beautiful place for a wedding but we were not there for that. read more

My boyfriend surprised me for my birthday (day before valentines day ) and told me we were going to a Bed and Breakfast. I was expecting a typical B & B environment/experience and was so beyond my expectations. When we arrived from Seattle, we were greeted by the innskeepers. They were very warm and friendly, told us a little bit about the place, where to visit and how breakfast will work in the morning. They then showed us to our own cabin. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Immediatly I saw the sunken tub with candles, and a huge log bed with fireplace and sitting area. It was a perfect mix of decor between modern, classy, warm and woodsy. Each cabin has their own kitchen and deck. This is nothing like any B & B I have ever been to before. Though there are many things to go do and see, we chose just to stay on the property and enjoy the peacefulness. The next day, they delivered us breakfast to our cabin which I have to say is by far the best French Toast we have ever had. Fresh fruit, juices and bacon. We were both very impressed by the whole experience and will definatly be back!! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a romantic getaway, close enough to everything but far enough away from privacy. ;-) read more

I've visited the Pine River Ranch recently and it is under new ownership and management. It's definitely worth a visit. It's located in a beautiful setting near Lake Wenatchee, WA. The rooms are nice, the staff extremely friendly, and the breakfast delicious. Worth revisiting! read more

A great Bed and Breakfast to stay at! We had wonderful service and great hosts. They had a pipe break and instead of just telling us there was no breakfast available they gave us complimentary breakfast service at the Squirrel Tree Restaurant. They were very informative and very helpful throughout the entire week we stay there. the entire staff was really nice and worked hard to make our retreat exactly that a retreat!! read more

This venue has a beautiful setting. It is clean and pristine. The rooms are nice and clean. I would recommend this place as a B&B but not for a wedding. With this venue the planning stage was very painful. Every time I turned around there was a new "rule" regarding how "they" do things. My children paid a lot of money for this venue and at the end of the day they were trying to nickel and dime them to death For example, the morning after the wedding we were immediately told there was "damage". Apparently one of the coolers in the dressing rooms broke. Went to look at the cooler the damage was that a pin fell out of the hinge. Since the "damage" was so minor we offered to repair it but the manager insisted the cooler needed to be replaced. We immediately offered to pay the replacement cost of the cooler but ...since the cooler was not really damaged we wanted the old cooler. The Manager, David, said that he needed it until he could replace it. We were confused because if he could use it till it was replaced it obviously was not ruined. Again, we offered to pay the full replacement cost of the cooler and the Manager was adamant that he keep the cooler. To us this was very unreasonable as we are willing to pay $120 for a cooler that is not really broken and he wants to keep the old one so he can still use it. Bottom line we told him that he was being unreasonable and if he was not willing to give us the old cooler we would not pay to replace it. He then relented. However, this made the whole morning after the wedding very stressful and awkward. Remember this is just one example of how this Management team does business. There are other anecdotes I could share but I believe this gives one the idea of how it is to deal with this management team. Unfortunately, the current Management team is not the team that was in place when we signed the contract with the venue. read more

My daughter was married at this venue and the owners were amazing! They went out of their way to make sure that the day was exactly what she had in mind. Patrick and his staff were very helpful and understood every concept we had in mind from the ceremony to the set up of the tables. I can't say enough about how much they helped. They even let us store items in the cooler a little early, just because they had the room. The staff who helped serve the wine and clear tables were constantly smiling and cheerful. I would highly recommend Pine River Ranch for your next special event. read more

My husband and I just got married at Pine River Ranch it was everything we could have dreamed of! The venue itself is gorgeous and does need much decorating at all for it be breath taking. Throughout the entire day our guests raved about how special, beautiful, and wonderful of a venue we had selected. The owners do an amazing job of keeping the place beautiful and wedding ready. From the moment we arrived Friday to setup and have rehearsal, to the moment we packed up and left Sunday, Patrick and his wife Jessica made us feel welcome. The staff Pine River Ranch was also so helpful in making our day run smoothly. The suites on site are also very nice, they have a modern but still rustic feel. Breakfast delivered each morning was also never a disappointment, delicious! I highly recommend this venue to any and all couples looking for the perfect wedding. We had slightly over 150 guests and it ran very smoothly thanks to the owners and their staff for all their hard work. read more

If you are looking for a great romantic getaway, look no further than the Pine River Ranch! My husband and I found this place while browsing the bed and breakfast section on the Leavenworth website and I am SO glad we did. Not only have we celebrated our anniversary here for the past five years, but we have also gotten engaged and married here as well! There are a total of six guest rooms, four of which are private cabins and they are all beautifully designed. Each room has a jetted tub and fireplace and breakfast is delivered to your door every morning. The food is always delicious and the ranch is located on 22 acres so you get gorgeous mountain views and you really feel like you are getting away! The staff is wonderful as well and are happy to accommodate you in any way they can. I can truly say that I have never had a bad experience staying at Pine River and I look forward to staying there for many years to come! read more
