Craig Squire always says, "It's OK if it hurts you some when you're doing it, but don't push it so hard that it still hurts you tomorrow." Adjusting your pace is a cooperative effort with him. It doesn't seem right to call this place an "office", because that sounds cold and official. Craig's place is warm and friendly, relaxed, and yet he has his eye on what you're doing all the time, giving instructions and making sure you're doing the exercises correctly. A good measurement of this is that the atmosphere is almost like a visit with friends at the gym. The clients talk to each other pleasantly and enjoy being there, at the same time that they're getting helped.

I had been off of my med after 30+ years for the first time due to a recent move and needing a new medical office. Prior to even examining me it was noticed I was "foggy" thinking which was due to stopping my med cold turkey after 3 decades. Prior to even examining me fully the PA i saw contacted the DMV for medical review and had my license medically suspended, leaving me isolated without a car; a 75 yo woman living alone. I had to physically move back to Long Island and am staying with family until I can work this all out. Meanwhile, all my clothes and papers and personal belongings are hours away and I continue to pay rent when I cannot go back on my own without a car. Looking for an attorney to help me through. They listened to my concerns and how I was feeling. They didn't push me to do something I didn't feel comfortable with but encouraged me to keep trying. I am very pleased with my outcome and always felt like they really cared and had my best interests at heart. At my last session They sent me home with exercises to keep me on track. The office staff was also very friendly and helpful as well. I would defiantly recommend this facility for anyone in need of Physical Therapy.
