Decided to give this place a try for game day and i was not disappointed! The food was made fresh, the staff was friendly and our order was ready on time. The homemade ranch was also REALLY good. However i will say i was a bit disappointed to see that the price is significantly lower when you order in store/over the phone than what i ordered on their app. I'm not sure if the app added on fees or what but the meal i paid for ended up being a bit over $30 and when i picked up in store it was being advertised for $24.99. So if you're going to place an order, i'd suggest calling or doing it in store. :) read more

I ordered two thin crust pizzas. They were very good with fresh ingredients. This shoppe has a lot of wines from around the world at multiple price ranges. There's also a large selection of beers and IPAs. The grab and go items looked fresh and there was a large selection. This is exactly the place to go if you were having a party and ran out of drinks, food or snacks. The service was very friendly. The store was clean, well organized and packed with items to choose from. read more

We use this as our local go to store for restocking the bar and/or buying gifts. They have everything - and will gladly order if they don't have something in stock. They are all very friendly and helpful! We also love the carryout. Great place for grabbing a quick meal! read more

Good food I'm giving it only three stars because the their chili that is very delicious had so many bits of bay leaves in it. I almost choked. You have to take the bay leaves out! Other than that great flavor, great amazing Thai noodle dish and chickpea parsley salad.! read more

This is cool they sell labubus. Me and my friend bought one and tore it up. We put zip ties around its neck. The Arizona iced tea is good. The Indian guy working there was really cool. The vibe is tuff fr. read more

Absolutely the best selection and prices. The sales associates are knowledgeable and ready to help.

My daughters are staying with me over the holidays and they are drinking some kind of whiskey, hot toddy or something, I don't know because I don't drink. They asked me to go get some more whiskey just before midnight and the Pineknob liquor store was the only thing open so I threw on some slippers and a jacket, wearing my pajamas, jumped in my car an drove there. I asked where the soda was and a gentleman walked me to the back where the soda was kept. I walked back to the front counter and asked for a fifth of whiskey, and he said he couldn't sell it to me because it was his policy. Apparently, because I was in my pajamas, he assumed I was a drunken bafoon. Something iI absolutely despise is contempt prior to investigation. He asked me no questions and I simply walked out, and I will never do business with that establishment ever again, read more

Pizza is excellent. Had Three different exquisite pizzas. Superior taste and quality. Crust is great. The garlic slices are key. Not outrageous in price. Definitely will be back. Give it a try. read more

Pizza fills you up for a decent price. They also have a deli counter and a big selection of spirits and wine. This is a takeout place. The do have tables and chairs outside. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! HORRIBLE Customer Service! Every time we go in there, they are EXTREMELY RUDE to their customers! They are very unpleasant and highly unprofessional! Do better! We will never return again! Kindness and professionalism go a long way! Your customers keep the lights on.....remember that! read more

Everything is overpriced and the service on the party store side is awful!! I live nearby and won't go back. I've witnessed the same hot-headed employee with glasses and a silver ponytail berate customers on two different occasions for no apparent reason. He's a total bully. Save some money and stress and go to Kroger in the same plaza! read more

I've been meaning to write this for six months, but this is the best pizza ever, and breadsticks with their cream cheese dip and ranch. I'm sure their other stuff is delicious as well. I'll try some new stuff soon. read more

My family loves Pizza and we order probably once a week from different places. We decided to try a different place this past weekend. I usually buy craft beer from the pine knob wine shoppe as they have a very diverse selection of craft beer. I ordered the large Chicago style pizza and it was excellent. You can pick up to six toppings. Crust was thick as most Chicago style pizzas are and tasted excellent. We also ordered a side of traditional wings as well. I would highly recommend their pizza and will begin to explore their menu further when we do carry out in the future. read more

Update 4/25/21. After months of consistent quality, we got a REALLY bad pizza a month or so ago. It was like someone had poured a can of pizza sauce on it..swimming in sauce and everything sliding around...INEDIBLE. When I called and explained they were in "denial "that they could have screwed it up. BUT...they did agree to give us a free one whenever we were ready. Finally got around to "collecting" today...got tossed around on the phone, then they wanted to charge for extra topping...Bottom line...no clue about customer service...if it's wrong they should make it right. They still have great stuff, but won't be ordering anything again read more

I'm always looking for carry out dinner deals for my five person family. For $19.99 hours can get two large pizzas, an EXCELLENT salad and breadsticks! The pizza is really good, and the service is always wonderful. On another note, if a beer or an alcohol exists in Michigan, you will find it here! The selection is great, so don't forget to pick up something to compliment your pizza! read more

The broasted chicken is a must, service with a smile. The staff are very friendly. This is the place that I go to for chicken. If you're ever in the area and looking for a good spot to get some good take home food. This place has it. From Ribs to calzones with cold and hot sides. read more

I first tried Pine Knob a few weeks ago when someone donated pizzas and salad to our Hospital. Last week I decided to stop in and grab a quick meal, I decided to get a salad. For $8.99 it was so good! A decent portion of every topping, with chicken. I will definitely stop in again and maybe try something else. They have many different pre-made items to choose from. You can also call and place your order too. read more

Absolutely wonderful selection of liquor and wine. good food too. Too bad, like many shops these days, they feel the need to ridiculously mark up many bourbons. I have no issue with a premium for things in high demand but when you double and triple the state minimum it's disrespectful to your customers. read more

Awesome pizza and chicken tenders. I really love their chicken Alfredo pizza and broasted chicken

They definitely have a lot of stuff available however, much of their beer is painfully past it's shelf life. Also be prepared for price gouging on bourbon if you're into that. read more

Great options for food too. We love the Garbanzo Salad and Hummus. Wonderful service they also sell specialty cheeses and Kombucha.

So, I went into this wine shoppe for my first time in a long time since this was the only place open within my area having gotten off work pretty late. Well, I went in to get a six pack of cherry wheat Sam Adam's beer for my husband and I, and the cashier guy (Saturday Dec 10) refused to sell to me, accusing me of being under the influence. I had just gotten off a long night at work, and was so confused/dumbfounded, asking him why he even thought that, and he couldn't even give me an answer or tell me why..? he just said he thinks I'm drinking and asked me if I was driving which of course I was, just getting off work. I had done nothing disruptive or out of sorts AT ALL. I walked in, grabbed the beer and went up to the counter. I was on the phone with my husband to ask him what beer he wanted in the store, and he witnessed this whole conversation as well. I was so confused I just said "okay" and left. I did not have the energy to defend whatsoever because I was exhausted and just wanted a couple beers for home. I ended up going to the Mobile gas station not far from there to continue my purchase elsewhere. Not only was this guy wrong and out of place, I felt like I was being rejected at a late hour purchasing a six pack of beer because I'm a woman...not liquor, not wine, a 5% pack of beer. So the accusation of being "under the influence" Is really laughable.. Sure, if I had been under the influence and walked in there and caused a disruption, broke a bottle of something, dropped something or whatever then yes there would be merit to deny me a purchase and that would have been fine and understood, and I wouldn't be writing this review. BUT there was absolutely no reason to refuse me a purchase and I'm so embarrassed to have had this experience, being accused of something like this. I really do not like to resort to leaving negative reviews, In fact I usually don't even having a bad experience, but this has been the first time being so embarrassed by an employee for literally no reason. Definitely feel like this guy just wanted a power trip. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Get your beer elsewhere, preferably Kroger since it's cheaper and they don't baselessly accuse you and discriminate if you're a woman. read more

Overpriced... owner seems incompetent. Food is pretty good, though. Expect an unreasonable markup on liquor. Owners/Employees are not following CDC guidlines on COVID, improper mask wearage, despite it being required for entry by costumers. They have a cart full of discounted liquor, but it's mostly terrible vodka they never sell. Also, lottery machine to the right of you when you walk in. Promoting gambling in a liquor store? Come on. Be better. read more

Love this place!!! Owners are very friendly, they have the best prices around and a great variety of food, gluten free pizza, beverages, fresh salads, awesome dips!!! read more

I would not purchase anything from this establishment ever again .way too much money wasted on bad food and wine..im done!

5 stars for the Pizza! - I am always looking for the best take-out spots (pizza, chinese, thai,etc.). This is by far the best pizza I have had in a while. Great price and amazing flavor. The cheese blends are unique and noticeably different. There is a slight sweetness to the pizza I really like (maybe in the crust). This will always be at the top of my list for pizza and look forward to trying the other options (broasted chicken, salads, etc.) 5 Stars for the Beer, Wine, Liquor selection - Rows and rows of beer and wine arranged by region - Liquor as high as the eye can see. It looks like a old European library with liquor 25 feet up in the air 3 Stars for the Beer Prices - Craft beer prices are higher than other big stores (Meijer, Kroger, Costco) - Example: Founders All Day IPA 6-pack (bottles) was $11.99 compared to $14.99 for a 15-pack (cans) at Meijer. read more

Probably the most impressive beer selection I have seen anywhere in the state. The price for having that selection is that anything slightly limited usually has a huge markup. The food is good and the people are friendly. read more

For a gentleman, this is his paradise. An assortment of wine. A level counter and a box of cigars... Next to the comic section. This is my favorite place to buy German beers... At 8 bucks a pop there is no other lager that beat it... Save for the hops of Budweiser. A fine establishment indeed. *Tips Fedora and struts away satisfied.* read more

Best place for ALL types of wine, very friendly, well organized , excellent pizza, excellent subs

So conveniently located, but they've taken such a dive in their customer service, I can't help but mention it! Had a ridiculously overdone pizza about a month ago...inedible. Actually took it back. Mitchell told me he'd "get the next one"...ask for him. He now acts like he's never seen me . Now...every employee looks like I'm interrupting their nap. Sad...if they weren't at the corner, I'd probably never return read more

Decent selection, although some of the craft beers are very old. The pizza and fried chicken are delicious. Three stars because the employees are never properly wearing masks. I've yet to see an employee at the store wear a mask over their nose, and most of them don't even cover their mouths. Pretty gross, since they also make food. Also, I've picked up more than one moldy, expired beer from this place. Make sure you check the date on their craft beer before you buy it! read more

Today was my first visit to Pine Knob Wine Shoppe and as soon as I opened the door, I knew this isn't your average beverage store. The selection of beer, wine, mixes and liquor is outstanding. The shoppe also offers pre-made foods and specialty salads, yes I went home with tonights dinner. I love Tequila and recently purchased a bottle of Blue Haven from a Texas distributor. I found the same brand at the Pine Knob Wine Shoppe for 50% less than what I paid. If you have a favorite beverage, I'm sure you will be able to find it at the Pine Knob Wine Shoppe. Stop in and tell them Max sent you. read more

Great selection of liquor but very very expensive. Went here to buy Great Lakes Christmas Ale, where you can buy it elsewhere for $10.99 it was $13.99. Also was goi g to buy Joel Gott wine which retails for $14.99 at Kroger, here is was $19.99. Needless to say I went somewhere else. read more

Triple & double billing! I went in with my significant other, & I was charged three times, while my significant other was charged twice for our purchases. State minimum pricing advertised on front of store? Then I go in and inquire about a bottle they have for sale. State minimum is 21.96 and they are asking 79.99? They had cases of the stuff. Looking to "sell" it to unsuspecting customers I guess. Get informed people you can Google the price book for the state. I understand marking it up some to make more money but that's just ridiculous. Walked out and won't return. read more
