Temporarily they were allowing self serve, which most everyone chose. I never understood that. In every other aspect of our lives, people want service. They order fast food, go through a drive through rather than going inside. Sometimes too lazy to drive so have it picked up by Uber And pay a fee. They order groceries for pick up. Yet when it comes to gas, they want to stand out in the heat or cold or wind and pump their own gas? Just don't get it. While I don't order delivery or go to drive throughs, preferring to cook or eat at non fast food places, I happily let the gentleman at the station pump my gas! Even happier to get 20 cents off per gallon because of my points. I'm happy to live in a state where people pump my gas for me! I'm from NJ originally, where they also provide this service. Actually have never lived anywhere that didn't provide this service, it that it's one of my requirements! But I like it. The experiemce here was great. And yes, for a proper diagnostic, you have to leave your car. On that note; I read the one star reviews. I called & chatted with the owner about them. First off, this is an Auto Shop. Not Nordstrom's customer service department. Techs are techs. Direct. I think you need to consider that there are 2 sides to every story. "The break guy" - $1000 was to do a proper fix. 2 Rotors, 2 Calipers, set of pads plus labor. Les only quoted for one caliper. Which is unsafe. 6 months later, he is driving without any fix. Small town. Nicole & Dan are married. Brought in old Volvo. Nicole was less than helpful with the sound issue. She was sent the diagnostic & signed off on it. She could have declined or called to say that was not the sound. She instead became hostile & aggressive. So much so, she was asked to leave. Jack H is not in the customer database. His review is a lie. The check engine light guy. They don't stop working on a job because you pull up. Make an appointment.

Allegedly they adjusted it again. After that it was still pulling to the right. Even rotated the tires between their checks as requested. Finally today took it to Les Schwab and they gave us a print out showing it was off and showing it was corrected. Driving nice now. Will not be going back to Buntings.

I was able to get the spare on, but apparently the gentleman that assisted me at the site I came from put it on wrong!!!!! The older gentleman at Ortigoza educated me & even said I would've been better off putting it on myself lol. Him, and I presume his sons, were able to get the spare off, located a piece of metal in my tire, removed it, patched it up, and put my original tire back on!! The price was very reasonable, as well.
