On our phone call yesterday, you mentioned you didn't feel like bringing the filters I already paid for because of my review. And even though your technician didn't finish the maintenance service, I've decided to leave things as they are. But I absolutely would not recommend your business to anyone else. When you called me, it wasn't about making things right, it was simply: take down the review, I'll take my part back, and we go our separate ways. And now in your response here, you're saying you'll "always be here if I need assistance in the future"? That just feels insincere. Also, you mention that the value comes from training and experience to know what's wrong and why. Again, that's what the annual maintenance fee covers, which I already paid. Your technician told me the part wasn't working and that he couldn't finish. There was no breakdown. I was simply told the part cost $325. That is not transparency. (The part is $15 on amazon for anyone reading this, do your own research). I stand by my review so that future customers can make informed decisions, just like I would want for myself.

The value and honesty were unmatched. I always worry about getting hit with a huge quote, but he's a straight shooter, and gave me and EXTREMELY fair price on the service. I'll definitely be calling Paul again!

Most companies came in hot, trying to upsell me on extra equipment or pressure me to "act fast" before the newer, more expensive coolant regulations kick in. But Paul? Different breed. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was the only person who actually went up into the attic to assess our current setup, coils, furnace, ducts, insulation, the whole nine. Everyone else just rattled off prices and tried to sell me a whole new system. Paul took the time to actually look at what we had and said, "You don't need new insulation or ductwork. This is some of the best I've seen." That right there? Integrity. During installation, we ran into a small hiccup turns out the previous installers (before we bought the place) left a part under the base that hadn't been cemented properly. Paul didn't skip a beat. He offered to take care of it and cover the hole with cement. Look, I know this review is long. But if you're reading this and still shopping around, stop. Don't waste your time with high-pressure sales tactics or questionable advice. Just call Paul. Seriously.
