What really stands out is how proactive and caring he is. Ian personally checks the equipment from time to time--pump, filter, heater, salt cell--and has caught small issues before they became big repairs. During rainy stretches and algae season, they adjust dosing and brushing so the water never turns. They've cleaned the salt cell, backwashed when needed, and even spotted a tiny air leak at the pump lid that they fixed the same day. Professional, trustworthy, and thoughtful: he closes the gate for the dogs, roll up hoses neatly. Billing is simple, pricing is fair, and the value is huge--I don't think about the pool anymore; I just enjoy it with my family. Not wanting to deal with them again I called Edward and he detected it and fixed it same day at an extremely reasonable price and was just amazing. UPDATE: It turns out that they didn't seal the niche for the new pool light they installed and I ended up having to pay another company to find the leak and seal the niche.
