They have a full line of supplies. If they don't have what you want no one does. Friendly help and excellent service.

One of the main…read morereasons I purchased this cover was the 5-year warranty, and when problems developed, the experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only did the underside begin failing, but the top of the cover is also deteriorating and crumbling. I submitted photos expecting warranty support and was told the damage was caused by chemicals, despite no testing being done that I am aware of. Instead of honoring the warranty, I was offered a replacement for an additional $450 out of pocket. What made the experience even worse was the customer service interaction. The person I was communicating with came across as extremely condescending and responded with comments implying I "obviously hadn't read" an article they had already sent me, rather than professionally addressing my concerns and questions. As a customer, I wasn't looking for an argument -- I was looking for a company to stand behind the product they sold and the warranty they advertised. Instead, I felt dismissed and blamed. Based on my experience with both the product deterioration and the handling of the warranty claim, I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly encourage others to think carefully before buying

Not only did we discuss my wish list, he made numerous suggestions that all made sense and actually saved me money. The project went smoothly and according to plan. Everything was made PERFECT - even one thing I didn't notice, Marcus, the owner, pointed out and already had plans to fix so it was spot on PERFECT. I'd be happy to show anyone (in person) my pool- before pictures and after. A definite 5 star review!!!! ASP POOLS!!!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this pool builder to anyone. I hired this company to build my pool…read moreafter a lots of back and forths with different pool builder companies. Marcus came by and assured me that they are very reputable company and have great reviews. I wanted the best company to do my pool so trusted the guy. This was back in January 2023, Marcus promised me that my pool will be ready in July 2023 and it will only take 5-6 months to build it, well now we are in mid October, they just finished it but I need to wait another month before I will be able to use it as the pool needs to be fired up. So consider about 11 months process. But that was not the biggest issue. Throughout the building process there was some minor issues that came up. For example ASP suppose to installation a bobbler on my sunshelf, it was on initial plan from other builder that they suppose to match, I sent them the pool plan several times but they did not included it in final drawings. The other issue was that I told them numerous times that we want the spa to be raised so less debris fall into the spa, that was completely ignored. I notices that there was an issue only when they shot concrete. I spoke with Marcus and he told me that that would be the best, again, I let it go. Then they suppose to build columns, Marcos claimed they were not on the drawings even they was on competitors, and they suppose to match that. Finally, when they poured concrete I went down to the shell and measured the Dept of the pool in the depp end and I was shocked, the pool was 6-7 inches shallower that its suppose to be. Instead of 5 feet dept they built it 4.5 at the water lever, I confronted the builder and sent them pictures as proof, but they reassured me that the pool is not finished yet and they told me I took measurements wrong. Well, now they finished the Diamondbright and the issue is still there. the pool depth is only 54 inches at the deepest part of the pool, and about 50-52 inches by end of the pool, while its suppose to be 5 feet deep in the deep end (60 inches). I confronted the builder again and Marcus came by the job site. He tried to convince me that they are within the variance of 2-3 inches if we fill the water all the way to the top. I told him that I can't do that as the design of the pool don't allow that, because if I do that.1. The water will touch the coping and pool will overflow every time when someone enters the pool. 2. The pool water will flow to hot tub as now there is less than 1 inch difference between the water levels. 3. The skimmer won't work properly because they won't be an air space, so its not going to take the dirt out from the pool as its designed. 4. The pool water level will be above our pool table that they built as now its only 1 inch from the water level in the pool. Markus response was : I DONT CARE, we are within variance of 2-3 inches if we fill the pool all the way to the top, also he start telling me that the pool depth is measured not by water level but the wall of the pool, which is a complete nonsense. I told him that his response was unacceptable as I spent 130k on this pool, waited for almost a year but ended up with a huge puddle. I am 5.9 and when I go to the deep end of the pool the water reaches only lower part of my chest and I am not completely covered by water. Trust me, there is a huge difference a 5 feet in the deep end and 4.5 feet. After I read online what could be done with the depth, there is not much they can do now than to chip out the bottom of the pool, re pour the concrete and refinish the bottom of the pool. The builder refused to do that, also they did not offer any monetary refund, instead they are claiming I owe them 6 k balance. I rejected to pay and will be taking legal steps against the builder. I was always ahead on the payments and did my part of the contract, so stay far away, they won't honor any repairs in case something goes wrong but rather try to convince you that this is within variance...

George Gomes answered the phone and offered to come out to my house on 08/28/24- that day wasn't good for me, so George offered to come out same day (08/26/24) since I was already home. George turned up right near the beginning of the 3-4 p.m. window that he advised, he looked at our pool and pool accessories and discussed options with my wife and I. He answered all of our questions, he was not in a rush, and he explained whatever we didn't understand initially. We asked for a written quotation and got it later that same day. We previously made numerous phone calls and received other estimates and experiences as a reference. Eagle Pools was the best experience and so, it was a quick/easy decision to go with them. We made the 50% deposit on 08/27/24, the pool heater and concrete slab were delivered to our house on 08/28/24 for the 08/30/24 install that I requested. On the evening of 08/29/24, George let us know that the technicians would be at our house between 08:30-09:30 a.m. on 08/30/24. They were in my driveway at 08:45. They double-checked where we wanted to install the heater, discussed options and got to work. At 10:00 a.m. they were done. Initially, when they called me, I thought that they had a question or needed something. I was pleasantly surprised that they were calling me to give me a quick tutorial and to hand over the paperwork for the unit. We have lived in multiple states all over the U.S. and this experience would have been excellent anywhere. However, it stands out even more here in South Florida where people don't turn up when they say they will, or do what they said they would, or turn up without everything needed for the job. Eagle Pools turned up when they said they would, they did what they said they would at exactly the price that was quoted initially. The technicians turned up for the installation with all the parts and tools needed for the job. A few hours after the installation, I had questions about the unit and messaged George. Fifteen minutes later, he called me on a conference call with a technician and they answered all my questions. I haven't needed to call since. We are thoroughly impressed!
