They were all flat-out booked, until I got ahold of Gibbs Rubbish & Brush Removal about a half mile down the road from our home. They also said that they were booked but within the hour they were plowing out our driveway. Even Mrs Gibbs was there, hand shoveling a pathway to my wife's door. Six months later, I am still waiting for the bill. Guess I better go find them.

No receipt. 1 star because they answered the phone,(hello, with no business name) and showed up. Partially my fault because I did not investigate as heavily as I should have. This is a common scam that these types of businesses use to unsuspecting consumers that I already knew about. I had to work so I left someone to deal with it and they did not know. There are many reputable services out there as they reached out to me after the fact. I abhor deceptive business practices. NO CONSCIENCE! If for some reason he magically decides to be a good human, I will come back and sing his praises and retract this review. Being able to communicate via email, and getting all my many questions answered quickly, was a huge advantage over other companies I contacted. Jim was running slightly late at his previous job, but called me ahead of time to let me know, which I appreciated. And I surely put him in the exact same position with his next client, as I kept adding things beyond what we originally discussed I wanted removed once he was here, including a queen sized mattress/boxspring and a heavy bureau. And at the end of the job, Jim asked for the exact same payment he had originally quoted, which was slightly less than the other quote I received from a competitor (we decided to add on ourselves, but it was a generous offer). Everyone was extremely nice, friendly, and wore masks when inside without me having to ask. Highly recommend.

I will start off by saying that I personally did not do business with AAA, but am a tenant at a…read moreproperty in which the landlords are frequent customers of AAA. Most recently a container was dropped off and put right outside my slider door that goes from the kitchen and dining area to the patio. First I had to deal with a wasp nest that was on the outside of the container on the side closest to our door. Then, after requesting that my landlord have it moved to a different location on the one acre lot, I came home at 6:30 one evening to find that the container was gone but that everything in the container was dumped onto the lawn. Including my neighbors busted patio furniture that my landlord told the neighbors they could dump in the container right outside my patio. I don't know if the trash from the container was left on my yard at my landlords urging, out of spite, or if AAA made that decision on their own. Either way, incredibly frustrating, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
