The music was a little loud in dining area (omg, I'm really making myself sound old, aren't I?!) but they were playing really good music! I only saw one adult manager...all the rest were teenagers. Most of them seemed like they had not been working there long. And when their friends showed up, it was like no other customers existed. This place is entirely cash less. You must pay with a card and to play games you must have a Rigby's card. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $1 and must initially load it with at least $20. So SAVE that card if there is a remote chance you will return. Overall an OK experience. It's definitely the place to go for teenagers. (1) Parties should not have to bring all of the kids to the counter for shoes and small balls. It would be better and more efficient to send one of your personnel to the party to verify heights (which they did for us, but is not the typical process). (2) Have separate lines for payment and shoes. During my party, I spent a lot of time waiting in long lines for shoes and balls. (3) Allow customers to make pizza topping and drink selections online instead of at the party. They ask for you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Consider time spent waiting in line to get your lane assignment, decorating, greeting guests who also arrive a little early, getting shoes, and placing the food order. Just something to think about. I got my friends together for a mid-week game night and we had about 10-15 of us in this mobile gaming truck. I love that you get multiple activities when you book -- you get bowling, karaoke, games, AND laser tag for the price of one! If you're hosting for a kid this would be perfect during a pretty day. You could easily BBQ and have them pull up. Trust me, if we had a ball as adults in our late 20's and 30's the kids will love it. Also, if you're an adult you can BYOB! It is not a lounge type of seating. We bowled for an hour and was able to play 2 games with 3 people. As it got later in the evening, people started arriving with multiple people in their party and the seating arrangement was more noticeable, like in assigned seats. You order your food from the kiosk and they call your name when your order is ready. We didn't utilize that but I think we will next time we come.
