I'm still getting charged and they're still cleaning up my dog poop many months later so I don't know what to do at this point. He did a great job with my Corgi puppy Jackson! He only had him 10 days, but I could already see…read morethe difference when I went to pick him up. His on leash walking is great, and even learned how to stop and sit when I stopped walking, his recall is MUCH better, and got "go to place" down pretty well too. Of course, because the stay was pretty short I still need to work on everything to get it down even more, but that goes for any kind of dog training. I could tell that Jackson was happy and had a good time staying there. He sent me pictures and gave me updated on his progress while I was gone. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is still in the process of training their dog and are going on vacation for an extended period of time or just don't have enough time for it.

She listens to everything he says to her through his body language, and she is able to intuitively understand his needs or preferences. This is the exact kind of person I want watching my animals while I am away, because I know that they understand and respect animal behavior. From the very beginning of the process, Ray was incredible to me and my animals. She was very thorough in getting to understand my animals needs before I ever even left. She asked a lot of questions that helped me feel very secure that she had my animals true best interests at heart. The entire time I was gone, I received consistent and detailed updates from Ray, and this was so amazing for me !! I've had pet sitters give updates, but Ray literally sends videos, pictures, and stories of things that happened, in addition to the basic updates. I really received so much joy being able to have a window into my doggies and kitties worlds while I was away, and knowing that they weren't upset or uncomfortable without me made it so much easier for me to relax and be present where I was. I would 10/10 recommend Ray's Petcare and will definitely ask her again the next time I leave.

She is dependable, conscientious, and genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. Her responsibilities have included feeding my cats, caring for numerous outdoor bird feeders and bird baths, watering plants as needed, and even administering insulin injections to a diabetic cat. She pays attention to details, keeps me informed while I'm away, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is well cared for. What I appreciate most is her willingness to help when it matters most. About ten years ago, my mother passed away unexpectedly in California. I had to leave town with virtually no notice. Despite having a very busy schedule, Linda stepped in and cared for my pets for nearly three weeks. Knowing that my animals and home were in such capable hands was an enormous comfort during a difficult time. Because of Linda, I can travel knowing that my pets will receive attentive, loving care and that everything at home will be looked after as well. Over the years she has earned my complete trust, and I am deeply grateful for her help. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter.
