Pim Pam came highly recommended from our Air BnB host. My young sons and I were too tired to have bad food so we took the short taxi ride and the restaurant did not disappoint. The burgers were SO good and the fries were good as well. One burger with small order of patatas is just under €10. Would be a bit more with a cola. Watch out though, the grande order is VERY large. Although not a traditional Spanish restaurant, we would come back again. We definitely recommend this place whether visiting Barcelona or you are a local. read more

Wow! Totally not what I was expecting. This little shabby joint can turn out some good food! It is small and everyone is sitting together which I liked about it. I had the Pim Pan Chicken which was cooked perfectly and very fresh toppings, my husband had the Veal three cheese burger which I managed to have a little taste of... Again cooked just how you want it. Now the best part!!! THE FRIES!!! Awesome, I really have no words to describe how nice they where! The staff? Very difficult to get a smile out of them but I really would not let that put you off after all you are there for the food not their friendship, however we did get a goodbye! read more

we loved Pim Pam burger! Very good quality burger and very affordable. Patties are made either of a beef/pork mix or of veal, and are very tasty....clearly Catalan meats are of a very good quality (not like American Monsanto meat). Fries are pretty good. The local beer was dreadful but they have other things to drink. Very small inside, but we always found a place to sit. And check out the bathrooms, they remind me of WC's on a sailboat. read more

Don't expect the ritz here in terms of where you will have your food, but you can look forward to a pretty bloody good burger. Pim Pam is nothing blush looking but who cares. You can watch the slightly grumpy staff maker your burger and fries and don't have to wait more than 15 mins for it to be ready. Fries were amazing - thin and crispy, huge portion and I loved them. Burger choices are good as there are several options. I had the veal three cheese burger and it was awesome. I also got to try the chicken burger and it was lovely. Let me start off by saying AMAZING!! Pim Pam burger is a small burger joint in the Born district. When you're visiting Spain you usually would go for the tapas but on those nights that you crave for something different, I would say go here! They specialize in their beef/pork combo burgers. They're pretty big in size and they are juicy! I ordered the regular pim pam burger with a fried egg on top. I usually like my egg to be a little bit more runny but it was still good. You can top off your burger with tomatoes, lettuce, arugula and onions. I think the price was about 5euros. They also have amazing fries!!! It's very big so if you go with a bunch of friends, I would share because we had three hungry people and we couldn't finish it (it was that big). read more

On our third night in Barcelona, we couldn't help ourselves...a burger sounded so good! It almost seemed wrong that we were in Barcelona seeking out a burger-joint. We turned to Yelp to see if anyone had any strong recommendations for a good burger which is when we came across Pim Pam. It was only a 10 minute walk from our hotel, so we decided we'd try it. It's sort of hidden away in the alleys of Barcelona, as most restaurants are, so be sure you know where you're going before you leave. When we walked in at 5:00 PM, the place was empty which was great for us, as we had read about long wait times. The guy behind the counter quickly offered us an English menu, which was nice too. Talk about fresh! We watched a guy hand peel the potatoes to make the fries which is probably why they tasted so good. Everything we had was fresh and delicious. When staying in Barcelona for a few days, I asked some friends who'd been here quite often where they recommended I should eat a good burger. Their answer was short: "Pim Pam !!!" So Pim Pam it was! I was a bit surprised at first as I thought it would be a "real" restaurant and not a fast-food, but the taste of my burger and fries and the great atmosphere of the place soon convinced me that it was THE place for a burger! So if you're ever in need of a good burger when staying in Barcelona, go Pim Pam! Yum! This place is great. They have a good variety of burger options (cheeses, bacons, etc) which were all tasty and cooked to order. The patty had bite, great flavor, and was moist. The bun was also delicious. In addition to burgers they also have a huge case of prepared foods. Everything from pasta salads to meatballs to potatoes. They are all priced by weight and you can get them to go or they can heat it up for you to stay. Looked like a lot of locals came here to pick up lunch on the go. Went here on a Friday evening and ordered some burgers and fries. I had the 3 cheese burger which was very large and delicious. I would highly recommend this place as having great burgers. The fries were just as good and crispy, just the way we like them. I was going to order 2 smalls, but opted to order the large as the person working behind the counter told me the large is actually 2 smalls put together and cheaper.
