Pretty good - my masseuse did a great job working out all the kinks and knots especially in my shoulders and neck. I think the pressure she used could have been harder but oh well. I felt like a well oiled baby stepping out into the light after the massage was over with the angel harpsichords singing in the background. The price was fair: 900 pesos for a one hour full body massage which is a bit lower than the prices we saw for the massage stands along the beach. We had to make a last minute change to our reservation which they were very gracious in accommodating. I wasn't a fan of the door opening very often since it was only one door separating our room and the rest of the street (with me and my husband basically naked except for a thin sheet covering us) and there was a fair amount of overhearing conversations on the other side but I understand they are extremely popular. Definitely recommend booking in advance - I found their phone number on WhatsApp and made a reservation there without any problems whatsoever (ie no language barrier). read more

Pily Spa has now MOVED, they NO longer have their spa by the beach. Pily is by far one of the masseuses in the island, she's on point and and very easy. Highlight for The day I spent at Isla Mujeres!!! These are small huts near playa northe and they give hour long massages! I decided to walk in for a massage as the place seemed nice. And again, these are small straw huts on the beach!! My masseuse was Claudia - saying she's amazing would be an understatement! I think this is by far the most heavnly massage I've ever gotten. Trust me when I say this coz I love massages and I'm always looking for new spas. She was perfect on pressure, she gave a great foot massage and scalp massage as well. Complimentary foot exfoliation which was relaxing! The massage here was so much better than the ones at high end spas. I would definitely recommend this place! This is a magical - and extremely affordable - experience. Literally a hut on the beach where you can get an hour-long massage while hearing the calming waves of the beach and the sea life in addition to the salty breeze of ocean air. We tried to go back in our trip this July but the beaches were closed including their shop on the beach. I decided to call and found out that they will come to you! We scheduled a 90-minute couples massage, my husband went for the relaxing massage which he loved and I chose a mixed massage which was a mix of relaxing and deep tissue. There are so many beach massage places on Playa Norte to choose from but this is the top in our book. My husband and I both had massages with Nadia on 5/6/16. She was able to do a great deep tissue massage on my husband and a totally relaxing swedish massage with aroma therapy and facial on me. All I can say is AMAZING!!! We will be returning here every time we go to Isla. Make sure you go to the only Tan/Brown tent on the beach near Privilege Aluxes Beach Bar across the street from Jax. Many massage people will approach you on your way to this tent. Do yourself a favor and keep walking until you get to the tan tent and you won't be sorry! This is not only the best 'beach massage' you'll find in the area...if you book Irene, it will be one of the best massages you've had, period. The tent is a bit challenging to track down, but don't compromise. Look at the photos here, and keep asking until you know you're at the right tent. If you look carefully, you'll see the name Pily on one side of the thatched roof. On busy days it's best to book ahead, mid-week you can pretty much walk in. Or walk up, inquire availability, then take a stroll or relax on the beach until your appointment. Wear your beach clothes and items that are easy to remove. Though they are very respectful of your modesty, the only reason I didn't give Pily 5 stars is that it's not private. You're sharing space with at least three other massage beds, and there's music from the various beach venues blaring just outside. But inside the tent they do everything they can to create a tranquil experience. This was SO therapeutic that I went back twice, within just a few days. The price is right, too! Ahhhhhh... read more

Best massage and so relaxing! Nice bamboo hut that allows privacy, nice breeze, beach music from beach bar nearby. The oils and fragrances made for such a relaxing massage. My husband and I had Isabel and Ximena and both ladies were AMAZING! The massage started by them cleaning the sand from our feet then proving very clean and comfortable massage beds.
