I was unable to get an appointment with my hair dresser before I left so I tried someone new and he literally destroyed my hair. I heard great things about Alberto Chi and decided to give him a call. He was able to get me in right away. After a short 10 minute cab ride I was dropped off at his studio. The studio was super cute, clean and professional as was Alberto. I explained to Alberto what had happened and what I was wanting. In no time Alberto worked his magic and completely transformed my hair from a fried mess to the best hairstyle and coloring I have ever had. Alberto's prices were very reasonable and worth every cent. If I could come to Cancun every couple of months just to have my hair done by Alberto I would. I booked with this company about a month prior to my wedding date they agreed and provided me with…read morea contract. I paid upfront for the service (full amount) through paypal which is what saved me. Anywho, the date of my wedding comes, on the contract it stated they will arrive at 10am-5pm. My ceremony started at 5pm, this was a reserved time for me and my mom. I had informed them the earliest I could check in was 1130am at my condo. No reply or anything. They emailed pretty fast that morning stating they were there I explained my situation and told them I was on my way, event was in Islas Mujeres, I was in Cancun. I arrived late at 12pm I do recognize that mistake on my end. However, the lady kept saying how she had other clients to work on. Which doesn't make sense since I already paid upfront for the service from 10am-5pm. I arrive to the condo and I'm blowing up the lady and no response. She sends me an email stating I violated the contract and they had to leave due to me being late. On my wedding date I had to scramble to find another professional make-up artist hours before my wedding what company will do that to a client on their most special day!!! On the contract provided on the pictures state, "if client arrives late they can't promise completed work". Which is what I provided to paypal and they decided to refund my money back as the company pretty much took my money and did not follow their own contract!! Yes, I was late so finish what u could from 12pm-5pm. Please ladies this day is the most important day ever to pay a person to be unprofessional on your big day is a hell no! do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!!!
